After arriving at the hotel, because the fee only included one breakfast, the hotel gave us another breakfast on the first day. Mineral water and snacks are available at the front desk. There is also coffee. 👍 There is also a lot of water opposite the elevator, which is very considerate.

I like the decoration style of the hotel floor, but the service is too poor. The room we booked was upgraded, and the first room we were given was the original room type (not upgraded). After verification, we were asked to wait in the room for someone to arrange a change. The hygiene of the changed room was really poor. My husband and I wanted to stay for one night temporarily, but we were too lazy to bother. There was no basket for the used linens in the room. The room included breakfast, but the breakfast time and place were not informed by the front desk. I didn't know what time to eat, so my husband and I didn't get up for breakfast. In addition, we exchanged fruits for the room we booked, but they were not delivered until check-out. When I checked out, I saw three people standing inside the front desk and one person standing outside the front desk. No one came to ask about the room check-in experience... Really, except for the decoration style of the hotel floor, there is nothing worth praising. This is also one of the most unsatisfactory hotels in Xi'an.
