屋頂沒法説，牆壁非常不隔音，男男女女吵到後半夜，換氣系統聲音大到崩潰，不開屋裡煙味異味很重，開了簡直要命

酒店位置在市圖書館鳳城二路不遠處。房間裝修好！房間裏也很乾凈整潔。前台的小何很熱情。住的很舒服。下次還會入住的。

熱水不熱，無法洗浴。外出一天回房間後沒有熱水供應，反映服務枱後讓等半小時才能燒熱，結果等了四十分鐘水還是不熱。
隔音差。半夜隔壁有人入住，説話聲音清晰可辨，放水聲音嘩嘩直響，擾人入睡。

房間馬桶蓋壞了，空調噪音很大，影響休息。不知道市啥原因有3次房門卡總是打不開門，需要到前台去弄下才可以。説是2點入住，2點房間沒收拾等了半小時，真的一點不好，你每次到房間都很累了，還總是進不去屋需要跑到前台説是房卡消磁，我的房卡和身份證放在一起，不知道為啥不能用，實在是無語

前台小哥服務態度非常不錯,好評。給我們升級了房間。房間很大,設施也很齊全。房間還送的有礦泉水。床上用品洗的很乾凈,床墊軟軟的,睡起來很舒服。有什麼需要,給前台小哥打電話,都能解決!強烈推薦一下!

我們沒注意訂的是雅緻無窗的，來到前台小夥和我們溝通後升級了歐式大床，點贊！為了客人着想！房間挺大的，衞生挺乾淨的。電視也要説説，是有線電視，不是網絡電視。經濟實惠！
