It was a really great stay at Novotel! Love the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room! The location is fantastic, very close to the subway and just a short 5min walk away from the Bell Tower. Lots to see, shop and eat around the area, even at night.
Breakfast was pretty simple with a somewhat good variety.

We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel.
The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights!
While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us.
We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile!
Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home!
Thank you Novotel! We would definitely choose to stay with you again!

Great place to stay. The location is super convenient. The counter staff very friendly. And the most I like is the free laundry services.and everyday there’s free flow bottle water provided .

Location close to the bell tower is excellent. Room is spacious and well appointed. Laundry facility is great.

Big and comfortable room at a very reasonable price. Both staff, Lucy and Molly are friendly and approachable. Hotel is located around a shopping district, perfect for tourist looking for good food and a shopping experience
