It was a pleasant surprise of my hotel stay in recent trip to Xi'an.The hotel located near the Metro and at the ancient wall. There are plenty of restaurants and street food around the hotel. The hotel rooms and outfit in general are relatively new. The highlight is really The friendly staff of the hotel. Each time I go in or out the hotel lobby, I always received friendly greetings, one special mention is to the room service lady 宋瑞芝 whose provide the extraordinary service clean the room promptly and provide me an extra bottle water in the hot summer day.

This hotel is located nearly to the subway . Bathroom was so small , don’t have fridge . Stuff was kindly .

Very good hotel, both hardware and software. We booked to check in at 8am, but the room was not cleaned when we arrived. I was very angry at that time, because I took a night train and wanted to take a shower in the hotel and go out to play. I explained the situation to the waiter, and the waiter gave me a room first so that we could take a shower first. After the shower, our room was cleaned. It was really considerate! Thumbs up! Secondly, the room was also very good. The lower bunk could sleep two people. The only regret was that the floor drain in the bathroom was too slow. I guess the sewer was a bit blocked. Next time I come to Xi'an, I will choose Nanfang Hotel first!

It's a bit cramped, but overall it's clean, the service staff is enthusiastic and proactive, and the transportation is convenient, right at the subway entrance! The breakfast is rich! The price is affordable!
