The room is clean and cozy! The staff are very friendly and always greeted us with a smile! The room is so high tech in which you can just ask XiaoDu to switch on and off everything in the room and even adjust the temperature of the air conditioner! The location of this hotel is very strategic, just a few meters away from Shaanxi Historical Museum and Dayan Pagoda, and near to Metro line 2 and line 4. The laundry service is free of charge which make it so convenient to us as the weather in XiAn is extremely hot! Besides, the hotel is also collaborating with tourism company and there is always a tourist guide on duty in the lobby. The packages she offers are reasonable and she will always guide you on where the locals will normally have their meals. Overall, this hotel is great! Definitely will be my first choice if I happen to visit XiAn in future!

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff.

My stay was pleasant until I realised the powerbank that I left in the room was missing. I sought help from hotel staff but was gaslighted. I was told to keep checking my room and luggage. I suspect their CCTV is even operational. It's a disappointing experience. Being a frequent traveller, this is my first time a powerbank is taken from the room, eventhough the Do Not Disturb sign was displayed. As it's my son's powerbank he's most affected by this experience.

Great place to stay. Near Datang Everbright City, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. Very convenient location with lots of eateries and restaurants nearby. The service is great even helping my mum with free laundry. The room is very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again if I visit Xi’an.

When I checked in, it was the afternoon tea time of the hotel. I sat on the sofa by the floor-to-ceiling glass window, watching the busy streets outside, enjoying delicious snacks and iced American coffee, and my mood was so beautiful! The room I stayed in was a superior king-size bed room, decorated in a French romantic style, and the soft tones completely matched my preferences. It was very convenient to search for local food in the evening. Next to the hotel is the famous Xi'an snack and Changsha specialty restaurant "Tangji". At "Tangji", I ordered three special dishes plus a bowl of rice, and I was very satisfied. After dinner, I went to the gym for a run and exercise. I found that the facilities and equipment were very complete. There was also a laundry room opposite, with washing machines and dryers, which made it very convenient to wash clothes. The next morning, I went to the restaurant on the fifth floor for dinner. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, especially the mini version of Roujiamo, which tasted excellent! The hotel is only about 200 meters away from the Shaanxi History Museum. You can quickly reach the main entrance by walking along the pedestrian path beside the museum fence. After searching, I found that the hotel was only more than 800 meters away from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, so I decided to walk there. Along the way, I found that the hotel was also close to the subway entrance. Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang City are connected attractions. There are not many tourists during the day, and the weather is so hot that I feel like I have reserved the entire scenic area! I had so much fun that I missed the check-out time. I called the hotel front desk in advance, and the hotel arranged a late check-out, and also gave me a beautiful gift when I checked out! This stay experience is great!

When bringing children to Xi'an, the hotel also provides cute slippers and toothbrushes. The children especially like the robot that delivers food. The Xiaodu in the room is also very interesting. It can open and close the curtains and listen to music. There is Pao Mo next door. You can also visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps. It is worthy of being an ancient cultural capital, and the atmosphere of the prosperous Tang Dynasty is full!
