酒店在市區老城，雖然有20年歷史了，但打理的很好，部分樓層已全裝修，衞生間都裝修過了。周邊購物就餐方便，房間寬敞，設施齊全。工作人員待客熱情。餐廳正餐廚師手藝不錯，按需製作。早餐豐富，中西合璧，有當地特色。酒店前後都有停車場。

寫的24年裝修！其實並不是！衹有幾層樓是24年裝修！其他衹是修了個衞生間！如果是衝著新裝修去的一定要電話問清楚你定的房間是不是新裝修的！還有就是酒店性質國資，服務態度怎麼樣可想而知，所有人對你都是愛答不理的！

第一次到武夷山市出差，在網上看了不少酒店，因工作需要，沒有選擇景區周邊，而是靠近市裡，最終選擇這家酒店，非常不錯的酒店，交通便利，周邊餐飲也不少，酒店內外感覺整潔，房間寬敞明亮，整體裝修也比較新，前台服務熱情細緻，價格實惠，適合商務出差，到武夷山北站坐公交衹要二分鐘左右，非常方便。

據説新裝修的酒店，不過入住後發現其實衹是廁所裝修了，房間條件相對一般，結構傳統，還比較合理。房間一般但是睡好覺還是可以的，床墊舒服。書桌對我始終是必要和重要的，桌子挺大，辦公舒服。
攜程一積分換了一份水果，福建的酒店茶台茶葉都不缺，喝茶吃果悠哉悠哉。
早餐很不錯，中式樣式比較多，西餐種類相對少些，福建湯麪米粉必須有。

怎麼説呢， 大概是這裏最大的酒店了，陳色比較老舊， 出了門還算能找到點門店， 但是都很小，也很早就打烊了。
