There are many high-end hotels in Wuxi. I chose to stay at Taihu Hotel because it was a former state guesthouse. Previous guests have posted many photos of the hotel's interior. Here I will post a group of beautiful photos of the veritable state guesthouse garden environment (the villas inside should be the place where state guests stay when they come to Wuxi). In addition, the two-day package on Ctrip is the most cost-effective! You can choose afternoon tea in the 4-choice-1 benefit, which is not only leisure and delicious, but also a visual enjoyment! I hope my real stay experience can provide some reference for friends. In short, I give Taihu Hotel a five-star rating! By the way, you can also see the old site of the school gate when Mr. Rong founded the private Jiangnan University more than 70 years ago.

Regarding the room, I have to give it a big thumbs up! The room is spacious, bright, well-equipped, and super clean! Especially the bed, with moderate softness and hardness, which allowed me to sleep until dawn. Moreover, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room allow you to enjoy the beautiful scenery, which is great!
The hotel's service is also first-class. The front desk employee Xiao Chen is warm and thoughtful, making me feel like I'm at home. The hotel breakfast recommended by Xiao Chen is rich in variety and delicious, making me look forward to the morning.
The underground garage is very large and has many municipal charging spaces, making it very convenient for drivers who drive trams to charge.

Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. Location is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

The hotel is very good. I took a photo of the night view. It is very close to Nanchang Street. The room is clean and tidy. The staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. Xiao Zhang and Xiao Cao at the front desk are very enthusiastic to answer our questions one by one. The room is intelligently operated, and you can solve all the operations of the room by just speaking. Overall, it is very rare. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

I don't know why, but the room was upgraded as it's different from what i was shown. It's spacious, cosy and the bird eye view was spectacular. The room has a huge TV soft and comfy queen bed, jacuzzi, separate toilet and bathroom. What was even cooler was the robot that delivered our water when we requested for extra bottles. Breakfast was continental and yummy! I really would love to relive the experience in the nearest future.

This is my first time staying in Wuxi. The front desk was very welcoming, especially Xiaoye and Xiaozhu, who checked me in quickly and directed me to the elevator! The sanitation is in line with Hilton standards, very clean and very good! The facilities are relatively new and simple!

Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay.
The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean.
We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy.
Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app.
I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open.
There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled.
I would choose to stay here again.

MMateja BokanThe location of the hotel is good, everything is close by metro or taxi, which is very convenient. The check-in was incredibly slow (over 20min), because the receptionist had been checking the validity of my and my mother's passport and visas and residence permits, which I found incredibly off-putting, considering that this never happened before in any hotel in China (including other Jinjiang Inn hotels I stayed in numerous times). It felt unusual and as if we were suspicious to the two receptionists who were inspecting both of our passports very closely. The room was cute and well decorated. There is room for improvement, however, namely in terms of cleanliness; namely the bathroom was very poorly cleaned, with stains everywhere (as seen in the photo). Breakfast was large, but it lacked good options (for example there is a toast station but no butter or jelly to go with it), the juice was served warm, and the coffee machine was not working. I would stay here again, but I would definitely book a room of a higher class to at least hope for better cleaning of the room.

WWuyedeyanhui酒店位置優越，周邊配套餐廳娛樂休閑設施都很多。房間夠大，設施基本完好，淋浴間的地磚有一塊破裂，而且沒有固定，有安全隱患。停車場是和其他機構共用的，晚上6,7點左右車位非常緊張。這些都是小問題無傷大雅。最不滿意的有兩點，一是健身房設備大部分都是壞的，一台跑步機完全不能用，操控面板都是壞的。動感單車座椅是活動的，根本無法使用，很奇怪酒店的相關工作人員根本不維護嗎？二是早餐太簡單，麪檔居然是自助的，需要自己操作煮麪條😂。另外也沒有咖啡機，僅僅是煮的那種最簡單的咖啡，口味淡如水。
