The hotel is located in Nanxiatang, a picturesque Nanchang Street, close to Qingmingqiao Ancient Street. The geographical location is extremely superior. You can easily visit the surrounding attractions on foot and feel the ancient Jiangnan charm of Wuxi. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by its design-filled lobby. The antique decoration style made people feel like traveling back to ancient times. The room also uses Chinese-style decoration, which is antique and modern and comfortable. The whole house voice control and TV projection functions are even more surprising. I stayed in the Xinxiang Classic King Room. The room is spacious and bright, with all the facilities, especially the King Koil mattress, which made me sleep well all night. In terms of service, the waiters of Manxin Mansion are very warm and thoughtful. Xiao Zhang at the front desk is particularly attentive and considerate. He checked me in quickly. When I checked out, he also prepared mineral water for me and packed it in a bag. The details are true. The breakfast is varied. Although it is not very rich, it is enough to meet my needs. I especially recommend the small wontons, which are delicious and memorable. The surrounding environment is also a highlight of Manxin Mansion. Going out is Nanchang Street, which is very convenient for eating and playing. In my spare time, I like to sit in the public area of ​​the hotel and enjoy the rare tranquility and comfort. In general, Wuxi Nanchang Ancient Charm Manxin Mansion, whether it is the geographical location, room facilities, service quality or surrounding environment, makes me very satisfied. I don't know why, but the room was upgraded as it's different from what i was shown. It's spacious, cosy and the bird eye view was spectacular. The room has a huge TV soft and comfy queen bed, jacuzzi, separate toilet and bathroom. What was even cooler was the robot that delivered our water when we requested for extra bottles. Breakfast was continental and yummy! I really would love to relive the experience in the nearest future.

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

My child was having a piano competition, so I stayed in this hotel for one night. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, the room was upgraded for free, and supper was delivered. I am very grateful to the housekeeper Jiang Yining, who is beautiful and kind.

Hotel is 10 minutes taxi ride from Wuxi station. 100 metres from Center 66 luxury mall with many eateries nearby.

Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

This time I stayed at Changguangxi Hotel for 4 nights. We stayed on the 30th night. During the National Day holiday, Changguangxi Hotel insisted on basically not increasing the price. My standard room price has more than 350 yuan with double breakfast. The hotel was decorated according to the standards of a four-star hotel more than 10 years ago. The hotel environment is very good, across the road is Changguangxi National Wetland Park, it is a quiet place during the holidays, it is worth a visit, we also used a ** group for a 218 lunch at Shuiyue Villa in the park, plus 2 58 yuan / drunk crab, This is the most delicious meal we have eaten in Wuxi for five days. But there was also a horrible thing in the hotel. We lived on the 5th floor. On the morning of the 1st, we got up and saw a cockroach that was more than 1 foot in the bathroom. After stepping on it, we would move. I don’t know if I had climbed people at night. It’s very scary. After coming down and telling the reception desk, we immediately changed the room on the 3rd floor. In the room, the duty manager explained that the hotel environment is located in the wetland park, there are more insects, just killed some time ago, the room on the 5th floor is usually not used,..., this experience is the previous hotel has never experienced, it makes a bad mood, the next 2 days live on the 3rd floor, I am worried that there will be cockroaches?

Just remember,28th floor is where the reception is, and check in there. Location great..easy to get to the Metro station, shopping, all very easily accessible. Surely I will stay here, next time I get to Wuxi. Rooms are extremely clean, comfortable with all amenities. Thank you 🙏😊.

Facilities: Very complete, you can cook noodles by yourself, there is a refrigerator and a washing machine. It’s no different from home. A rich breakfast provides you with energy for the day. Highly recommended! Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable to sleep at night. Environment: Elegant, you can overlook the surrounding bustling night scene from the room. Service: Fair, there is only one person on duty at the front desk. If the front desk goes to the bathroom, there will be no one 😂

I booked a suite which was exactly like the pictures. Spacious, comfortable bed and nice bath. However I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready, I couldn’t check in until 6pm. My friends had also booked a suite but they didn’t get one and were told there was nothing the hotel could do. Overall I was happy with my experience however the rooms my friends got were nowhere near as good as mine and spoiled the holiday a bit.
