Spa Hotels in Wuxi

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

GOOD LOCATION NEAR NANCHANG STREET AND NICE VIEW~! BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT IF HAVE ANY EVENTS THE STAFF CANNOT COPE. LOVE THE WASHING MACHINE IN THE ROOM - TOILET IS ABIT SMALL THOUGH, LIKE JAPAN.

Hotel is 10 minutes taxi ride from Wuxi station. 100 metres from Center 66 luxury mall with many eateries nearby.

Due to business travel needs, I chose Pullman Hotel again. This stay experience really left me with a very deep and good impression, and the excellent service of hotel employee Mike deserves special praise. WOW just WOW. THE best service from a 5 star hotel in China after 20+ years and hundreds of stays. Fair to say that a lot of hotels in China have the hardware (nice rooms and good facilities etc) but normally get let down by the software (service). This was an exception. Had serious issues with health codes and covid testing in Wuxi but Shumaila (Guest Service Manager) along with her Chinese colleague turned into Superwoman and Superman and went way beyond the levels of expected service for a 5 star hotel. First they accompanied me to the covid testing point (1 km away) but didnt stop there because i still had problems and had to go to the hospital to get tested (4 kms away). They helped order a taxi and Shumaila actually went to the hospital with me to ensure everything was ok! Also this was all done on her day off! Remarkable. Throughout my stay the service in the hotel was excellent whether it be at check in or out (quick) or in the restaurant and/or executive lounge area. Everyone in the hotel had a smile on their face and was willing to be of assistance. Food including breakfast had variety and was good Keep up the excellent work, well done to Shumaila and your hotel team

Full facilities: The room is equipped with basic facilities and equipment, such as free wifi, to meet the daily needs of guests. Good service attitude: Hotel staff are enthusiastic and proactive, and will greet with a smile.

Location: Very close to the train station, about 1 km away, the starting price for a taxi is one. Public area: The lobby is bright and the elevator is quite fast. Room: The room is not very large. When booking, I specifically noted the high area and quiet room. The hotel front desk arranged it well. The room has a smart toilet and comfortable bedding. Breakfast: As the online reviews said, the breakfast has few varieties to choose from. Except for the wonton and noodles in the noodle stall, there is nothing else to choose. Service: The hotel front desk service is enthusiastic and responds to any questions in a timely manner. A hotel with good value for money, I will still choose it next time I stay.

A very cost-effective hotel. The hotel is equipped with a free underground parking lot. The style of the room is simple and modern. There is also a dedicated housekeeper Xiaoyan who can help solve any room problems from check-in to check-out. It is very considerate and the room facilities are quite complete. Yes, there is a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfast on the 22nd floor is rich and huge! Came on a business trip, very nice! recommend!

The front desk lady was warm and polite. I upgraded to the 4th floor deluxe lake view room for free. The balcony has a wide view, looking out to the hundred-acre lotus pond and the unobstructed view of Taihu Lake. It was refreshing to lie on the bed and face the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake. It is very convenient to visit Nianhua Bay. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.
