The location is right next to the canal, and the environment is also very good. The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are large, with complete facilities such as a bathtub and refrigerator. There are enough parking spaces in the parking lot and it is convenient to park. It takes at most five minutes to drive to Huishan Ancient Town. Sleeping at night is also very quiet with no noise. The only fly in the ointment is that the price of the buffet breakfast is slightly more expensive. Of course, you don't care about tens of dollars when you travel. 😊

1，酒店裝修過時，進入房間，裏面的門板和衣櫃看起來有些老舊，牆漆也有發黃和脱落現象，很難相信是一個四星級酒店的標準。
2，噪音太大，隔音做的極其糟糕。運河西路無論早晚，都有渣土車呼嘯而過，加上酒店窗户非系統窗，只是普通的老舊窗户，屋裡一直能聽到馬路上很吵的噪聲。另外酒店門板太薄，走廊傳來的説話聲和走路聲屋裡聽得一清二楚，對噪音敏感者慎重考慮。
3，充電樁一方面是慢充，另外的話想使用比較難，酒店沒有統一管理，去的時候5個充電樁位置都停滿了油車，還是找旁邊燒烤店老闆娘協調了一下，才騰出一個充電位。

國慶期間酒店比較火爆，網上看了這家是四星的，位置也不錯，價格比其他四星的都便宜，就預訂了。事實證明一分價錢一分貨，酒店大廳走廊等都有股發黴的味道，幸好房間味道小一些，湊合吧😔

遇到老年旅行團，大早上去吃早飯啥都沒有了，也不知道是老年團戰鬥力太強還是酒店預備不足。
酒店距離惠山古鎮很近，可以去那裡逛逛，挺好。無錫很美，有機會再來

實話實説，這家酒店的網絡評價和實際入住感受特別不一致，我們預訂的酒店是有小冰箱的，然後實際入住都沒有衞生間地漏反胃特別大的味道，地巾上面全部都是頭髮，早餐60塊錢一份特別簡單，不值得花錢購買，服務人員整體態度前台偏差。不推薦

第一次入住這個酒店，體驗非常差，本來預訂的湖景房，水小到不行，而且開出來的水都是生銹的，而且大冷天的放出來的水是接近冷水温度，然後和前台協調，換了2個標間，然後就是房間的空調完全不制熱，和酒店前台聯繫，人家直接拎上來兩台取暖器，真的太無語了，今天白天還想通過攜程和酒店溝通這些問題，人家完全不當回事兒，一副無所謂的態度，這種破酒店還是別有以後了，預祝早日倒閉
