Hotels near Chengzhong Shopping Park (Chong'ansi Living Pedestrian Street Area), Wuxi

Location is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

The location was ideal, you are very high up and away from the noise but in the center of the city right above the malls and shopping. Was easy to navigate, super clean and the staff were helpful. The staff spoke English for all my international travelers. I recommend getting the breakfast it was buffet style and sooo good.

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

I like it very much. First of all, the location is good. Although it is located in the Nanchang Street pedestrian area, it is ”quiet in the bustling” and the pedestrian street is just across the bar (very lively). The hotel has a parking lot, and parking and taxis are also very convenient. The room is very clean, well-equipped, and the sound insulation is good (ignoring neurasthenia). The mattress is very comfortable, and the whole house is Xiaodu Xiaodu Smart. The staff is polite and responsive. The breakfast is rich, mainly Chinese food, simple Western food, and the taste is OK. Overall, it is good, I think it is worth recommending. Wuxi is not very congested, and it is not far from the hotel to various attractions by taxi, and there are many food options around.

The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and showed great enthusiasm in their service even they could not communicate in English. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a large mall made it effortless to find a variety of dining options nearby. On the whole, I was pleased with the overall level of service provided. One area for improvement, however, was the air conditioning system, which tended to produce noticeable noise. Furthermore, there were occasions when I detected an unfamiliar odor (smoke) within the room, but I was uncertain of its source. Staff also could not help to resolve for those.

Regarding the room, I have to give it a big thumbs up! The room is spacious, bright, well-equipped, and super clean! Especially the bed, with moderate softness and hardness, which allowed me to sleep until dawn. Moreover, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room allow you to enjoy the beautiful scenery, which is great! The hotel's service is also first-class. The front desk employee Xiao Chen is warm and thoughtful, making me feel like I'm at home. The hotel breakfast recommended by Xiao Chen is rich in variety and delicious, making me look forward to the morning. The underground garage is very large and has many municipal charging spaces, making it very convenient for drivers who drive trams to charge. In general, Wuxi Ruiting Xijiao Hotel is a very recommended hotel. It is a good choice whether it is a business trip or a family vacation. If you have the opportunity to come to Wuxi, you must come here to experience it!

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

The room was so nice. We upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were no flaws from hardware to software, and it was very quiet! Before booking, I was worried that it would be old because it was an old hotel. The moment I opened the door, I was completely amazed! If I go to Wuxi again, I will choose this place! It is really much better than those international chains! The breakfast is also very rich, tastes very good, and has a wide variety. I love Taihu Hotel!

I don't know why, but the room was upgraded as it's different from what i was shown. It's spacious, cosy and the bird eye view was spectacular. The room has a huge TV soft and comfy queen bed, jacuzzi, separate toilet and bathroom. What was even cooler was the robot that delivered our water when we requested for extra bottles. Breakfast was continental and yummy! I really would love to relive the experience in the nearest future.

The hotel is in a great location, adjacent to the East Station and the subway, close at hand, and worry-free. Kayla at the front desk welcomed warmly, checked in efficiently, and carefully informed the hotel facilities. The room was spotless and the items were neatly arranged. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the pillow height is right, so I can sleep peacefully every night. The bathroom has complete toiletries and excellent quality, soft towels, stable hot water supply and convenient water temperature adjustment. There are also various socket layouts that are reasonable to charge electronic equipment. The dishes in the hotel restaurant are exquisite and delicious, and the ingredients are fresh. The breakfast is rich in variety and can meet the needs of different tastes. The tableware is cleaned.
