這家温泉酒店房間超讚！環境優雅整潔，設施齊全，温泉水好，床品舒適，服務周到，體驗絕佳，比旁邊熱礦泥度假村來，這裏的性價比太高了！空氣也非常好！餐廳的菜也很好吃，實惠！

一直聽説客家人很熱情，然而不是都很熱情，前台的長髮老阿姨愛搭不理的，服務態度很一般，感覺不太歡迎有客人似的，問句話久久不迴應，大概是天熱口水很珍貴吧~酒店設施比較簡陋，不管是普通房還是高級房，床墊睡了第二天通通腰痠，還不如前一天露個營暢快，歡迎有時間可以體驗一把買罪受的旅程……

房間特別大，睡得很舒服。温泉池在陽台，有窗户特別好，天冷也不怕着涼，這裏洗澡水也是温泉水，温泉應該是真温泉，泡完洗完皮膚很滑。

1⃣️提前在平台下單預訂房間，房費都付了，到前台後前台服務人員告知我們未預訂，沒接到訂單訊息，我們出示攜程訂單後，該商家人員質問我們為什麼不能在下午2點前準時到達，因沒準時到房間已被用，請問提前付款不就是鎖定了房間嗎？我們5個人，定的一間3人房和一間雙人雙床房，結果艱難溝通下前台服務人員態度非常差，一直説就給你們2間雙人床你們愛住不住。
2⃣️入住後，走廊沒燈，房間裏很多小強，蜘蛛都跑到床上織網，被褥潮濕，還有不明毛髮，桌子一層灰，明顯沒打掃。

房間有獨立泡池，而且是真正温泉，這個價位非常超值。餐廳的客家菜也非常美味，特別是梅菜扣肉，價格3葷2青菜加2啤酒才200不到，很實惠。服務員非常熱情，而且願意幫忙。
住客素質有待提高，隔壁一家大人小孩一直吵到半夜1點左右，而且似乎是敞開門在大聲説話。。。

普通標間加了點錢升級到了豪華標間，帶一個温泉泳池，據説是天然温泉水，晚上在房間泡了一下温泉，感覺還不錯，但池子可能因為很少用，有很多膩子粉和馬賽克瓷磚剝落了，需要自己手動清洗一下
