The staff was enthusiastic, professional and efficient, patiently answering all my questions and providing super thoughtful suggestions based on my needs, helping me quickly plan the surrounding tours and food guides. Checking out was also quick and thoughtful, which made me feel like a spring breeze. Their high-quality service undoubtedly added a lot to the entire trip, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Me and my mom have a wonderful trip in Wuhan, our stay in Hampton Wuhan is excellent, we have a brilliant stay. Staff are nice. The location is convenience. Breakfast is great. Laundry room free to use. I used their gym every day. Highly recommended.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful...they knew we were going out on a cool day and they offered us two small bottles of warm honey drink. The hotel is new, very very clean and with very flexible policy...we were allowed to check in at 6am with a reasonable payment. Breakfast were wonderful. All day you can enjoy the coffee, drinks and also yogurt. The indoor and outdoor sitting of the restaurant is very nice. Very near MRT station; walking distance to a lot of restaurants/stalls with good food - across the street is Mcdonald. -- ＞We decided to extend another day stay there.
