The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

Service: Suitable for five stars. The front desk girl Luo is very enthusiastic. The lady in the breakfast room and the cleaning lady in the corridor are also warm and friendly. Environment: We seem to have upgraded the room because of points or membership. The 27th floor is a ladies' floor (or I forgot what it was called). In fact, it is not only for girls to stay, but the layout inside is friendly to girls. There are special hygiene products, curling irons 🈶 and Barbie pink robes. The room is very comfortable.

We stayed for two nights and it was an easy pleasant stay. The receptionists were very helpful. Location is great, close to every touristy spot mingled with local groceries/food stands. The subway is about 10 minutes walking and the bus is right around the corner. It's an historical landmark building, upon which the hotel is renovated. The hotel interior feels like the gilded age in old China that we appreciate the traditional decors. The elevator is an old-school machine with limited space (2ppl-ish space, reminding me of Manhattan old building's elevator). But not an issue for modern living.

Then I started searching for hotels and homestays many days in advance. I was not satisfied with finding too many places. I wanted to live near the Yellow Crane Tower, but I was really lucky not to go. Finally locked Jianghan Road. The 39-degree weather in Wuhan, the moment we opened the door, we seemed to walk into heaven ～ The air conditioner was too comfortable. A group of 4 people set 4 large rooms. clean! health! There is an elevator! Just in the most prosperous area of Jianghan Road, there are various snacks downstairs! The little brother at the front desk was very nice! The manager is very good 👍. There is free ice cream in the lobby. The room is very new, the air conditioner is very good, the hot water is sufficient, the shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and foot pads for the bath. Disposable supplies are complete, cotton swabs, nail files are available. Hand sanitizer is also placed on the sink. The whole house is smart, electric curtains, smart toilets, the room is very quiet, bedding, bath towels, towels, at first glance, it is brand new. Lying on the bed is comfortable, thieves add points. They are all colleagues who are doing a hotel, and I really think they are doing very well. So it is recommended! I have always liked Atour, and this time I made the right choice. It is located on the 56th floor of Ping An Building on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. Breakfast and supper are accompanied by river views. It is convenient to travel. Metro Lines 2 and 6 can reach all the places you want to go. The detailed service is thoughtful, free self-service supper for late return, snacks for check-out, and the warmth and thoughtfulness of the hotel almost made me like Wuhan better. Friends who like Citywalk or try to travel through the city by subway are recommended here.

In great tourism location as it is appointed next to the old Jianghan guan and the shopping belt of Jianghan pedestrian street. The front desk was kind enough to upgrade my room to a “river-facing suite”. However I was not that impressed since I was greeted with a old-dated room filled with kiddy stuff and child-like bed decor. There’s a small play area. I didn’t felt like I was travelling for leisure since it reminded me of my children whom I clearly did not bring along this time. I thought I should be expecting a better room ambience. I strongly recommend that they do an upgrade of their TV to a SMART one so that we can cast our own movies etc. Its small and channels are limited for a foreigner. I cant really see the river(the room was on second floor) but more of the crowd of people situated downstairs, taking photos and speaking loudly. The hotel has an amazing rooftop restaurant with excellent night views of the river and lighted-up buildings. Overall was still a pleasant stay.
