整體滿意，除了不隔音，周圍餐飲小吃店較好。服務人員熱情，樓下可以自由停車，馬路邊貌似也可以，住宿價格比較好，大床説1.8米，我感覺沒有

隔音是真的差，外面的動靜聽得清清楚楚，早上六七點就被門外兩個大媽説話的聲音吵醒真的崩潰🙏🙏🙏衞生就不説了，花灑和龍頭上都是水垢

考試期間，價格是平時的三倍以上不止，完全是哄抬房價。
整個酒店佈局都是由一個個隔間隔出來的。我的房間屬於四無房間（無窗户、無地漏、無隔應、無安全插銷。）
無窗户，導致房間完全就是一個黑房子，沒有一絲陽光，24小時靠燈光照明，白天把燈關了也是伸手不見五指。房間通風衹能靠換氣扇，空氣質量很差，尤其廁所翻臭厲害，臭氣熏天。
廁所地面無地漏，衹有小小淋浴間有地漏，淋浴間門不嚴縫，洗澡時水會噴濺地上，直接鬧水災，請酒店人員處理，第一天的人直接説是我使用不當導致，態度不好，邊清理邊嘮叨。第二天我們都沒敢洗，第三天洗澡又是一地水，還好這次工作人員沒念叨。
房間不隔音。隔壁的鬧鐘聲、調空調的滴滴聲，説話聲聲聲入耳。
酒店的房門都沒有安全插銷，有個按鈕衹能半反鎖，晚上睡覺沒有安全感。
要不是因為考試被迫無奈，真心不能住這樣的酒店。

很無語，在我們準備入住的當天，酒店打電話跟我説我們的房間有人住了，叫我們退一下房。我聽到我都無語了，她説有客人不肯走，騰不出房間，真的很搞笑啊 我們提前了不止一個星期訂的，當天直接叫我們退房去找別的酒店，五一你叫我去找別的酒店？找不找得到不説，價格跟一個星期前訂的一樣嗎？ 並且一點也沒有不好意思的感覺，直接問我們可不可以退房，我説不可以！她説她們酒店附近也有好酒店，讓我們去別的酒店，我説那可以 ，差價到時候你們補？ 然後她又説儘量馬上給我們騰出房間，叫阿姨優先給我們打掃。我真是謝謝你啊 當時都下午一兩點了好嗎？！你**不應該在12點前就給我打掃好了？去武漢碰上這種酒店也是倒黴！要不是我態度強硬，別人的話可能早就被忽悠退房了！！ 大家別去她們酒店！！ 對了當天早上明明還跟我們説可以過去的 廁所很小很小！胖一點都要擠不進去！

距離地質大學近，周圍商户齊全，但房間不通風，隔音很差，隔壁洗澡噪音很大，走廊聲音也聽得很清楚，價格低適合窮遊特種兵選擇
