非常滿意的一次入住體驗！酒店環境非常好，設計感十足，尤其是電競主題的裝修，給人一種身臨其境的感覺。房間寬敞明亮，電競設備齊全，電腦配置高，運行流暢，完全能夠滿足遊戲玩家的需求。床鋪柔軟舒適，睡得很踏實。
此外，酒店距離地鐵站非常近，步行僅需幾分鐘，交通方便。周邊設施也很完善，生活和出行都非常方便。工作人員服務態度熱情周到，入住和退房過程都很順利。

在這家住了4次，這次換了房型。回家以後，第二天兩個人的steam被盜號（在房間內登錄方式是手機掃碼），半夜3.30左右steam被轉移出去100+物品（圖1.3.4.7一晚上被轉移走的以及部分售出物品）。查詢手機令牌發現異常登錄時間為當時入住剛上機的時間（圖二：手機令牌查詢到授權時間是週六下午3.40左右，且今天早上6點還登錄過），找酒店客服説明問題後沒有道歉以及給出方案，還嘲諷是我們自己的問題，態度十分惡劣（圖5.6）。各位自己考慮吧，以後不會再住。不匿名了因為不是水軍和對家。

房間無窗會比較悶，雖然有開空調，但空氣太乾燥。酒店在22樓至25樓，25樓是酒店大堂。房間隔音不太好。酒店是智能鎖，可以付款寶開通刷臉開門，也可以設定密碼開門。
