1.行程計劃出錯，20分鐘以內多次給老闆聯繫不退房（還直接掛電話、或者拿起電話不理人），通過平台幫助也不退（平台小姐姐很好），衹有趕過去住（多跑200多公里），到了之後老闆現給找房，根本不是原預訂房間，沒有辦法11點過了衹有將就。
2.到了之後老闆很不客氣，説著根本聽不懂的話，一家人三套房在不同的樓不同的樓層，帶着長者孩子出行造成了很大的不便，來回跑，自己去找樓找房間，物業不讓車輛進去，帶着一大堆東西，吹着冷風也是夠夠的了。
3.房間衞生不好，進門自己去找電，一大股味道，關鍵是沒有熱水，熱水器從進門開始才燒水，第二天早上才有熱水用。
4.被褥有濕氣，不太好，早上小朋友起床發現被窩裡面有蟲子！

海金公寓真的很方便，老闆娘又做了餐廳，樓下吃飯樓上住。真的是一站式服務，很方便，而且在他那裡一入住還有吃飯，還有折扣的，房間很滿意，很漂亮，性價比高，價格實惠，前台服務熱情，態度很好，住的很開心，位置很方便。

衞生做的很不錯，很乾凈，床大柔軟舒適，隔音效果不錯，休息的很好，洗漱用品也很好用，位置就在鼎龍灣這邊，交通也便捷出行很方便，整體都滿足了出遊入住的選擇要求。

和朋友來這邊玩，提前在網上預訂的，周邊環境好，景色也很美，內有餐飲，休閑娛樂設施，特別適合團建聚會，房間是海景房，有大陽台，視野開闊，值得推薦入住#房間設施

衞生一般，小強🪳比較多，床不怎樣好睡，明明寫不用交按金，到店就説收200按金，退房等一個小時追問多次才退押，體驗不怎樣好。
