It was good for the price the room was nice and clean the shower was great the bed was nice

Room wasn’t clean

This place is what I would like to call roach palace. I believe we killed 16 in total the whole 5 days we were there. When asked to relocate to another room possibly out of the “Ghetto” building the response by the front desk “tomorrow” we’ll “tomorrow” came hell was raised and we still set is roach palace. It’s like building A (the front building) is paradise living but once you get sent over to building B it’s like “HELLO TRAP HOUSE LIVING” oh I failed to mention the hammer banging directly above our heads for renovations when asked to relocate the same answer “tomorrow” guess what tomorrow came and we still stayed In the same room. We even booked smoking and they still gave us non- smoking when I mentioned something to the desk the ladies response was “we have no control over what you book and we give you what we have available when you get here.”….hmmmmm THEN WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT IF BOOKING THE ROOM THAT WE WANT OR REQUEST IF YOUR NOT GOING TO GIVE IT TO US!!????🤔🤔🤔The only thing great about this hotel was the prices but remember you get what you pay for and that’s no lie.! So if trap house living meth heads and roaches are how you live your life this is just the place for you!! You might even come across a dead body on the fence line or hell and Overdose may take place directly above your head and when bringing these things to staffs attention they look at you as if it’s no big deal it’s part of their decor it’s quit disgusting. So we will never stay at this roach palace drug infested trap house of a hotel again!!

There was none due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. The room was quite nasty.

Too bad! Ghetto! You can be robbed at any time! I hope Ctrip will intervene to solve the problem! Ctrip is irresponsible for making such platform reservations, which is harmful to Chinese people! Looking forward to Ctrip’s confirmation call! ! !

First I had the problem that after traveling by road for 12 hours the hotel I had booked was not working, I booked this one and it was not what I expected I had to complain because the water came out of the back of the sink and went under the When you stepped on the floor you got wet, the toilet was loose, I complained twice and they did nothing. It's not what you see in the photos, it's bad looking, the pool doesn't work and the gym doesn't work either, I don't recommend it at all.

Roaches, housekeepers knock from 10 am till check out. No continental breakfast like advertised. Just milk an cereal

Rooms look’s so bad! Bed sheets with holes! Some of the stuff bad service!

Was an emergency stay so overall it was ok. Had to go a couple days without clean towels

We checked in the key didn’t work went back down the guy was on a half hour break so we went to eat after driving 9 hrs. When we returned he fix the key card went to the room it was really dirty,smelled, burnt cigarettes marks on the counter and the biggest thing was the bed had really dirty sheets with stains all over it and a big glob of something green and hard in the middle of the bed. We decided to check out the guy never offered a refund. I will never recommend staying there or ever at a quality inn again. There also were people walking around very shady and a kid wheeling around in a wheelchair not needed but he was wheeling around the parking lot and inside the lobby. They definitely have some shady stuff going on at that place. Inside the lobby was ceiling leaking water into a bucket. The guy that checked us in was not friendly at all. I loaded just some pictures of the bed. The blanket looked like it had blood on it too. My hubby said he was not going to take a chance of something happening to us there.

I just want my refund because that was very uncomfortable and very disturbing I didn't get any sleep also checked in hour's early and still had to wait in the lobby for check in. Some lights didn't work. This was a horrific experience for a over night stay

Requested non-smoking but room reeked of smoke, linens had burn holes. Did not feel safe and upstairs neighbors screamed at each other most of the night.

The first room I got, none of the outlets worked. I went down stairs and was able to switch rooms with no hassle. The second room, one light didn’t work but all outlets did. Both of the rooms were dirty, the first one did not look like anyone had cleaned at all as nothing was wiped down. It looked like they just through away any trash and said ‘eh good enough.’ The second room was a little cleaner, looked lit it had been wiped down but the sheet had a lot of ink, at least let’s hope that is what it is, stains. All in all it is a cheap, no frills hotel that was a safe place to sleep. If you just need a place to lay your head, or somewhere to have an affair at then I say go for it I will probably stay here again some time.

Well located. Great staff. Extremely poor reception centre. If I had not booked sight unseen I would have looked at bulletproof glass and extremely sparse surroundings, totally inadequate breakfast space and abruptly left!! You have a great resource; renovate! Fix the bed in 164! I don’t know what those extensions sticking out from the base but they hurt and are dangerous!!
