Avani Windhoek Hotel & Casino Reviews

Our stay was brilliant. Breakfast was excellent. General service was great. The only downside was the AC in our room 1402. It kept leaking even though the Engineer checked it. Otherwise it was a great stay and will definately come back.

Great place for an overnight stay in Windhoek. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was quite good. Reception was very helpful and helped us book a 4am airport transfer to meet our 7am flight. They also prepared a travel breakfast pack for us. A very comfortable and easy stay here.

Well located hotel on the main street of windhoek where supposedly it is the busiest with stores, fastfood, restaurants, "malls", banks. the hotel's cafe service was quite slow though.

After staying for three days, I chose to continue staying because of the service and convenience. It was still great.

WiFi, a bathtub, big and small. There are shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the scenic spots. The sunset on the 15th floor of the top floor is very beautiful. It is the best hotel in the city.

Good location in the city center, free parking in the parking lot of the mall property, and security guards on each floor. You can walk directly to the hotel through the mall. The room is spacious and quiet. The supermarket downstairs closes very early. There is also a cafe on the first floor.

Very nice hotel

The hotel staff are very helpful and will try their best to help you solve some unexpected problems. But the room is not completely quiet when sleeping at night, and there will always be some "background sounds" one after another, such as the sound of toilet flushing and the roar of electrical appliances.
