優點：酒店地理位置很不錯，在開發區路口，酒店外觀外貌很大氣，高端的感覺。缺點：由於營業時間太久，設施設備都很老舊，裝修風格，裝潢材料也老舊，且沒有及時更新！床頭的插座壞了。由於鋪了地毯太久了有股異味，且難以清洗掉！還有就是衞生間排水系統，是以前老房子的地排直排，下水聲音非常響！還有馬桶太老舊了，容易堵塞！浴室水龍頭也老舊不好用！

房間網速慢非常慢刷個視屏老卡問酒店就説隨便連結任意網絡根本看不到本房間網絡；廁所以為是前任客人遺留的排泄物氣的正準備投訴仔細一看原來是銹跡；床頭設施不好明顯是大床房改標間；還有隔音非常差相信我發的視頻可以説明一切；就桌子值得誇獎很大用電腦很方便，如果你辦公不用網絡還可以。

住過最垃圾的酒店，晚上睡眠不好的，千萬別來。 衹要有人沖馬桶，整天管道都響。 要求換房間，説所有房間都有這個問題。
