地理位置很好，距離浴場很近，周圍有菜場葯店超市餐飲店，可以自己做飯，生活非常方便，老闆老闆娘很和善，幫忙推薦旅遊路線。小院可以停車，有孩子們玩的地方，老闆種的葡萄也很甜。房間不大，廁所有點小，牀板有點硬，如果不介意這些，個人覺得這家民宿是不錯的選擇。

五分好評給到房東夫婦的服務，確實熱情誠懇，有問題也能及時解決。客棧小院子環境温馨，還準備了趕海的鏟子小桶等工具。地理位置離小石島和火炬路以及國際海水浴場都算方便，騎電瓶車很方便沿海觀景。
不足之處是房間比較小，衞生間排水不是很好，洗澡後得自己將水掃到排水口，要不水流不掉。衞生狀況一般般有待提高。

位置非常好，對面可以租小藍車，右面超市和菜市場，可以買水果海鮮，周圍全是吃的，帶娃的推薦權叔泡飯。沙灘步行三五分鐘，玩玩可以回家洗澡。房間夠住，需要的全都有，院子可以停車，可以做飯。晚上坐院子吹風，看娃玩鞦韆，愜意。走的時候，娃和我都依依不捨。店主人很熱情，很好相處。

很滿意的一次入住，小院子特別安逸，呆著很舒服，老闆人很好，房間乾淨，離金沙灘浴場特別近，客棧出大門就是超市，附近的綜合市場也很近，步行5分鐘就到，不用擔心購物，吃飯問題。
下次有機會來威海還會選擇這裏。

臨近海邊，步行最近的海濱浴場大致也就5分鐘，很方便。酒店四維有很多飯館、商鋪，早晨還有小早市可以逛。房間不能説豪華，但性價比是可以的，乾乾淨淨。老闆人確實很好，遊玩攻略、趕海工具都備好了。在這兒出行也是便利的，離歐樂坊也很近。

大床很温馨是木製傢俱還有好看的蚊帳，兩個大人帶一個小孩睡沒問題，旁邊一個1米寬的小床也太小了，又硬還咯吱咯吱響，我1米78的個子腿也就勉強伸直，老闆非常熱情一個勁解釋客房佈置場這樣的理由，住一晚也就這樣了。民宿離旁邊的金沙灘很近，小區對面有一個很大的超市。旅遊旺季感覺還是有點貴了。好停車，有一個比較大的院子，院長裏有葡萄架，葡萄隨便摘了吃。
