Holiday Inn Washington Capitol - Natl Mall Reviews

Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!

Good stay! Very convenient location and it’s easy to find. Highly recommended.

It was a crazy time due to the ice storm ! But we made do ! Great macron for touring around

everything was perfect...the parking is a little expensive..

The hotel is located in a great area and is in walking distance to the museums. The room we recieved however was a different story. The television was not working which was disappointing for my children. The airconditioner was also not blowing air because the filter was absolutely filthy. We also got charged more than what the initial price as stated was.

Old room.

The location is pretty nice. A lot of the museums and tourist hitspots are just in a 10 mintue walk proximity. The room is clean and has the feature of connecting 2 rooms into one. Would just be better if larger bottles of water can be provided.

Staff were nice and helpful. Just that we requested for housekeeping but this wasn't donel.

Hotel and location were good but disappointed with the service and attitude of the restaurant staff.

The hotel is in the DC. It is within walking distance of attractions. The breakfast is rich and varied. The staff in the restaurant are friendly. There is a Starbucks downstairs and a McDonald's in a three-minute walk. There are many food trucks on the roadside. The public security in DC is generally good and there are not many streets. Friends, you can reach L'Enfant Metro Station within five minutes on foot. It's convenient to take the bus and subway. It's a good stay experience.

The room is old and the service is not good. The hotel refrigerator is broken. I asked the waiter to check it, but he didn't come. The faucet in the shower is also broken. It doesn't close tightly and the sound of running water is heard all night. I don't recommend you to book this hotel.

The location is very 👌. There are many museums in Washington. I took my children to the museums, one in the morning, came back to rest for a while, and went to the second one in the afternoon. I will choose this one next time.

Located on the south side of Capitol Hill, within 200 meters of the subway station, the room facilities are a bit old, but still very comfortable.
