The hotel it self are superb with delicate design. Those staff are all so kind and offer nice service. Especially just next to old town by walking 1 mins. Enjoy to stay here for the last two nights. If I got change to back to Warsaw. Def gonna stay here again.

A very nice hotel which situated in historic city center of Warsaw

Very exquisite, living in the palace, close to the old city, and surrounded by UNESCO heritage sites and attractions. The transportation is convenient. High level of service, professional, attentive and friendly.

The location of the hotel is very good, just across the street from the World Cultural Heritage Warsaw Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is a 5-star hotel, and the lights outside the hotel rooms are all voice-activated; the floor in the central area of ​​the hotel's open-air garden restaurant is full of star-like floor lamps, which is very romantic. The service concept is also very strong. When we checked in, we were not satisfied with the room type due to a small misunderstanding. The staff led us to look at all the different room types of the same level until we chose the most satisfactory one; this room type will have staff to check whether the room is equipped both work fine. The breakfast environment is also good. Although there are not so many types, there are pickles similar to kimchi and pickles, and you can also order hot meals. The only thing that is not perfect is the main meal. I ordered foie gras and caviar.

They couldn't manage additional services (e.g., shuttle, taxi, directions to sites, etc.) at all. They would typically over promise and under deliver. The restaurant though was amazing.
