Friendly staff, Comfortable bed Space well used with enough room to move. Older but well kept rooms. Parking tight, Stairs to most rooms a challenge with luggage.

If you come with your family mahogany motel the best option for your family, its affordable motel, clean, not far from CBD, friendly staff, big space room and has kitchen inside. I will come back if visit warrnambool again.

Terrible furnishings, no hot water from the sink, cold water pouring out from the shower all of a sudden. And the room was very dusty. Very noisy since the room given was very near to carpark. Strongly not recommend to stay.

Great location for our purposes, dated but very clean, staff friendly and helpful, really the only negatives I could mention were the shower water pressure was low and the shower was missing a wall mounted soap dish. Other than that was great!

Convenient parking, good environment, worth staying

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large. The receptionist was also very polite. But because I arrived late, there was only the last room, which felt like a semi-basement and the room was relatively dark. I told the front desk that I was not satisfied and they immediately agreed to refund me. But in the end I forgot about it. Overall recommended, but not this room.
