因為小區有點大，第一次去不清楚，停好車在找到房間已經超過了三十分鐘無法取消。缺點：1.發黴。一進到睡覺的房間就發現裏面有一大塊黴，積極和商家溝通能否換房，商家就説黴是這兩天才長的，漏水，也沒有房間給我們更換，更不能退款。 想着七點了有點晚了，先耐點吧。2.環境不好。黴味十分嚴重就不説了，房間小強都打死了兩三衹，各種椅子也是非常的臟。3.服務也是一般。自己説可以聯繫他們租特惠電動車，問了也是不理。4.設施也是差。枕頭非常的難睡，沒有沐浴露洗髮水，都是我們自己下樓買的，房間裏也沒有一瓶飲用水。優點：騎電動車十分鐘內就可以達到沙灘，其他無。真實評論。

帶家人一起來的，海景超級棒，對比很多家果然沒有選錯，特意定的日出房，老闆特意給安排了高層的海景一級棒，看日出這個位置也是絕美，管家也推薦了沖浪等其他項目也非常靠譜，現在的價格也是超值，點贊[強][強]

希望攜程加強所謂“民宿”管理：1春節期間小區極其混亂嘈雜；2房間特別舊 感覺很久沒打掃過了 以前住客的水杯和假髮還在 投訴之後給取消一天 沒辦法要另外再找酒店；3我想問這叫民宿麼？就是短租 或者叫小區住宅改造的小旅館 不要再虛假宣傳！4不是住不了條件差的地方 而是不能接受價格虛高 虛假宣傳 你是什麼樣子就寫實際情況！

入住體驗非常棒，老闆給安排的高層無敵海，服務也不錯，給安排的沖浪也很專業性價比也不錯，周邊配套也挺齊全，樓下就是便利店買東西很方便，
