房間很乾凈，配套很齊，特別安靜，我們是8口人過去的，開了兩個一樣的户型，父母們都很喜歡，説睡得很舒服，下次還去住，管家也很貼心

床單傢俱，家電新新的，沒有異味，晚上空氣特別好， 還有大型免費停場，晚上吃夜宵也方便，鄰街，早餐夜宵，市場都在一條街，晚上出來散步很舒服，

優點:這個民宿，裝修不錯，設施也可以！4層樓配了電梯。看得出來房東花了不少心思的！性價比是可以的！
缺點:
第一，交通不怎麼方便！位置在蓮花村裡，雖然離神州站近，但是去景點並不太方便。因為衹能打車去。沒有其他更好的辦法。我用高德打車去分界洲島，來回每輛車130+，去萬寧夜市來回每輛車70+，去東山嶺吃羊肉來回又是每輛車110+！真心不便宜！這是我最後悔的地方！沒想到會這麼不方便！當然這個跟房主沒關係，衹是提一句。
第二，兩間房有一間沒有WiFi信號，衹有一間大房有信號。我們兩位男士住的小房間就比較不方便。衹能用自己的手機流量！希望房東能改進一下。雖然這不是很嚴重的事，但是做好細節可以吸引更多遊客不是麼？
第三，衞生間好像沒有換氣扇，因為處於西邊就有西曬，所以上個廁所就很熱。如果能把卧室的冷氣開個小百葉窗引到衞生間就好了！

房間非常乾淨，位置十分便利，距離王府井購物中心僅5分鐘，鬧中有靜。處於石梅灣與神州半島兩大著名度假區中間，遊玩十分方便。
