All the staff were so lovely and helpful. We mistakenly went to the Wind Resort up the hill and they first offered us to change the booking then drove us down to Wind Hotel. I felt under the weather so I had to cancel my spa treatment and the receptionist offered to bring me ginger tea to help! So kind! The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. The swimming pool is relaxing.

- Very professional free spa service.
- The swimming pool on the mountain view is more beautiful than the pool at 98 PCT.
- Friendly, welcoming staff. Each order for breakfast is missing (due to unknown delivery time)
- The room is clean, always fragrant. Full equipment.
- Hot and cold water faucet: the water flow is not stable, maybe because of the pump, so it's hot and cold when bathing. Be careful because sometimes it will be very hot, if children take a bath by themselves, consider having an adult regulate the temperature.
