It is a good hotel to stay. Very neatly maintained. Hotel staffs are good and responsive. Food is good and the restaurant staff listens to the request of the guest and modify the food accordingly. Hotel has its own parking. For an extra person they provide a proper bed with mattress. I am satisfied with the services and i recommend this hotel.

The food and service are outstanding. The pool is on the rooftop.To add cheery to the experience Rajeshwari and Sivaram served complimentary coolants in the pool. The experience right from checkin was great. We had checkin in early and inside the room within 5 mins

If you call then hotel and book the room, then this is a 24 Hours check in hotel but if you book through Makemytrip, then they will allow you to check in at 12 PM only. There is no difference between the fares if you book directly from hotel or online booking agents. Better book the room by calling them. Reception people are really helpful and allowed to keep the luggage as we went there before check in time. Complementary buffet breakfast is good and its worth even if you pay for extra person. Location is very good and all shops/ malls/ restaurants are very near by. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull The front desk ***ager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

I reached at the property at around 1:30 am, the check in was very quick as i was very tired and feeling sleepy. I rushed to the room and had a nice sleep. In the morning i went for breakfast buffet, there was variety of food available. The behaviour of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located at a prime location and hence could be located easily…..cabs were easily accessible from this location…..The food was good…..The room was maintained neatly and had a good city view…..Toiletries and towels were provided…..Staffs were polite and customer-friendly……recommended

They went out of their way to make sure i had everything i needed and ensured that check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. They have taken a conscious effort to reduce plastic usage, which is something i greatly appreciated. Instead of plastic water bottles, they provided water in elegant glass bottles, and all the toiletries were eco-friendly, with no plastic packaging. The breakfast offered was nothing short of amazing. There was a wide variety of options, from local delicacies to more continental choices, ensuring that all guests could find something to their taste. It was the perfect way to start my day. The travel desk was also extremely helpful, arranging a taxi for me to explore nearby places without any difficulty. Additionally, the hotel arranged a convenient pick-and-drop service to the airport. For my early morning flight, they even packed food for the journey, which was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend hotel grand vijayawada by grit hotels to anyone visiting the city. From the cleanliness to the helpful staff and all the thoughtful extras, it’s the perfect place to stay in vijayawada.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and the room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean with a great view of airport.
