This is our third stay here, and we plan to stay here again. This hotel has friendly service and in a great location! The rooms are very nice size and the breakfast is great! The best part is the food for sure!

There are rats in this hotel.
While I was taking a shower, I was shocked when a rat came in.
If there are rats, it means that the hotel is not clean.
The choice is yours.

침대시트에 쥐 배설물이. 너무 더러워서 다른 호텔로 옴겼습니다
쥐가 나온다는건 청결하지 않은 호텔갔네요

Got a nice room with a comfy bed and a huge bathroom.. Everything was clean except the floor. Maybe they forgot to mop it up. The furniture is a bit worn out. There is a nice swimming pool. The breakfast area wasn't the cleanest. I think there are a lot of messy guests so when you arrive late for the breakfast, you feel it.
The location is great and the staff is very helpful. I booked the train to Vang Vieng through them, no complaints. Might be cheaper to do it on your own but you also have more to organise. All in all I would stay again.
