It is just 10 mins slow walk from Vienna train station. Check in fast and smooth. My family room with 2 twins and 1 king beds in connecting room setting is super convenient for us. A modern and new decorated hotel. Rooms are gorgeous and roomy. Breakfast on ground floor with good choices and a la carte order menu which is complementary e.g. egg Benedict. Love the high class toiletries with Saint Charles Brand. I bought the body lotion and conditioner from the hotel with are specially formulated for the hotel. High recommend Andaz Vienna, the sky bar is very good view of the city.

Very spacious room, nicely decorated, good amenities and nice view. Close to train station. Breakfast is superb so highly recommended to book the room with Breakfast. Very comfy stay.

Great place in Vienna, very good view from any room I like sauna and gym in this hotel Was kind of disappointed that they had Dammam tea before but now they put some cheap tea Good cosmetics in bathroom

The hotel is new and rooms are pretty enough to enjoy staying. More business purpose than family staying.

Big room, breakfast was good (you can order ala carte options too). For the amount we paid, i think it was worth it. Also, there’s a bidet in the toilet which was a huge plus for me. Also tried the aurora bar for a view of vienna at night.

No doubt Andaz deserved a good grading. You felt really welcome by the staff in Andaz and you have unlimted drinking water. You immediately served with cookies and drink from the counter. The room are very spacious, clean and bright. Great job Andaz team!

This hotel is worthwhile to stay if you travel to Vienna. It’s near the train station and Belvedere Palace. Also, I always love the design of Andaz.

Clean, efficient and conveniant location close to tram, stations and musuems and city. Good food. Great sized rooms with clean beds and decorations. Must complement the friendly and efficient staff with smile on their faces. We found Jana at the fron-desk was friendly, efficient and very competent. We found Sophie at the restaurant at breakfast was very friendly, competent, efficient with smile on her face all the time. With Jana and Sophie you have made your 'concept' hotel believable. Amazing hotel withing walking distance from Train Station. Very beautiful view from the outdoor pool. Hopefully can come back again one day!
