I had another great stay here. The valet was super friendly and helpful, and check in was a breeze. Front desk agent was very sweet. My room was clean and comfortable and I had a really nice view. This is my new go to hotel in Victoria. I also love that there’s a Starbucks in the lobby.

We stayed at the Embassy Inn last weekend. We had been visiting family in the Duncan area and wanted to have a chance to check out Victoria for a day before flying home. Check in was smooth, the room was a good size, clean and had comfortable beds. A very easy walk to Government Street, Chinatown, etc. We ate in the downtown area and enjoyed taking photos of the Legislature, the VICTORIA sign and waterfront lit up at night. Breakfast was included and had quite a variety. A very walkable area and a hotel that we will return to for future visits.
Located on Victoria*s spectacular Inner Harbour/ steps from US Ferry terminals/ Parliament Buildings and local shops and attractions. 304 rooms and suites/ all with balconies.

I have stayed here twice. The price/performance ratio is quite good. The room size is suitable and it is not crowded for a family of three. The food in the hotel's own restaurant is quite good and the environment is nice. It is also a good experience to sit by the window and eat while watching the scenery on the road.

We were traveling with our three granddaughters for a graduation High Tea adventure. We picked Victoria BC and the Delta Marriott and we’re very pleased. Our Black Ball ferry delivered us to Victoria before check in and the desk clerk had rooms for us. The water taxi from the ferry port/Empress stop took us right to the Delta stop with all our luggage. The Rooms were comfortable, the Club Room worked out well for our large party and the server in the bar on the evening of June 29 has the best customer service. Taxis were ordered, directions happened, what a great visit to Victoria BC

We chose this hotel at the last minute, We needed something close to the Jubilee Hospital, and needed a good price. I love the location of the Huntingdon Manor. We ended up with a Euro Loft suite, which is a room with a kitchen, sofa bed, and then 3 beds upstairs. The room had everything we needed, and would work great for a girls weekend as it sleeps 5. We had a lovely harbour view. Our rate also included breakfast, and parking which is a huge bonus! The room is a bit dated, could us some new carpet for sure. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

My husband and I have been visiting the Oak Bay Resort for many years, even when it was the older hotel! It is our haven and happy place. We come yearly, and perhaps twice a year when we can. The staff are very welcoming, and highly professional. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and placed in one of the most magnificent Ocean settings. Delicious food is served in the Snug Pub, as well as Faro’s ,who have recently added some wonderful new items to their pizza menu. And the mineral bath and spa overlooking the ocean is a great asset and one of our favourite spots. The hotel rooms are very spacious with big soaker tubs, and dreamy pillows and bedding. There are wonderful walks from the hotel . Within about 30 minutes you can be strolling along Willows Beach, or shopping in the delightful Oak Bay or Estevan Villages. What a great treat to go here!

The hotel in general was alright. Nothing too special or fancy. There was a good restaurant at the base called Bin 4. What makes this hotel not great is that from the time that we were there (3 nights), 4 car windows were smashed and broken into including our own car. There was nothing in the vehicle. It seemed just to happen for the purpose of breaking something. The worst part is the day if we had to do a 7 hour drive home taking the ferry and the Coquihalla. The hotel says there is 24/7 security and people at the hotel which just doesn’t make sense for so many vehicles being broken into. Of course the hotel isn’t ‘responsible’. May not be the place you want to stay and certainly don’t leave anything in your car.

I'll start with the good..... free parking, hot water, power shower, daily fresh towels & coffee, iron & ironing board, good staff, microwave, kettle, Keurig, fridge. Our room was OK. However, there is no elevator. The bed creaked every time you moved, the springs were noisy & when one rolled over, the other followed suit, you both rolled together it needs a new mattress & base. The pillows were lumpy and had no substance to them even when you used two. The curtains were threadbare & paint peeling off the walls. No safe in the room. Storage & hangers are minimal. Black grout in between the tiles on the floor (needs a scrub with some grout cleaner). This doesn’t mean it wasn't cleaned as there was no hair in the sink or bath from previous occupants that we saw room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The sink was not in the bathroom but in the bedroom. Pool & sauna.....pool was warm, but it needs a clean - there were live bugs in the pool we were in it approximately 10 minutes before we got out as we were grosses out, you could not see the bottom it was cloudy. The saunas are separate, one male & one female with change room facilities we didn't use them we also didn't use the fitness room. Access to the pool/sauna/fitness room, you have to go outside, walk the path , and then re-enter the building. The on-site dining....The Loft great staff with good pub food salt n pepper pork bites were very the kitchen staff worked very hard. Live music most nights but not disturbed by it. The Coachman, we had 1 breakfast there, and it wasn't great. Apparently, the chef was Grumpy that day .... maybe that's why it wasn't great? Waitress was great. All in all staff, were great, shower was powerful & hot, bed was not comfy we won't stay here again when we visit next.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe kitchen is fully equipped, especially suitable for family travel. The location is good, there are many attractions nearby, many historical sites can be reached on foot, and there are many delicious foods nearby. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe room is very clean. It is across from the famous Bikenny Park. It is very close to the Parliament building and the pier. The location is very good. It is convenient to walk to the city center and supermarkets. It is very close to the residential area. It takes 15 minutes to walk to No. 1 At the highway boundary marker, you can go to the beach. Taking the bus is also very convenient. The biggest highlight is that the kitchen is fully equipped and you can go to the supermarket to buy ingredients for cooking.
GGuest UserThis is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything.
BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide!
Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer.
And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away! She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing.
Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!
NNicoleLOVED my stay here. A hidden gem in Victoria. It’s in James Bay (just on the cusp of downtown). I had a one bedroom queen suite, with an incredible view of the parliament buildings and downtown. I opened all of the blinds because I loved the view of the city scape at night. My room was spacious, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The soaker tub was perfect after a long day on the road. The bathroom was huge. Robes and slippers are always a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from other units or from outside. The hotel is tucked away in a residential area. The front desk agent was very friendly upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Secure underground parking was perfect. 10/10 will stay here again.
VVelasco-BuurmanThis hotel was perfect for my husband and I. Everywhere was walkable, to the park, Fisherman’s Wharf, to the Parliament and downtown. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighbourhood and the victorian houses. We will definitely consider staying here again!
GGuest UserI went to Victoria with my friends, mainly because it is cost-effective. It is four or five kilometers away from the provincial government and Chinatown. The hotel has breakfast for an additional fee. There is no place to have breakfast around, so you need to drive nearby to eat. We are driving out to play, so it does not affect , still quite satisfied
하하연하연하게살기Best Western plus Harbour Hotel, which is the third visit to Victoria on 2 days and 1 night. I made a reservation compared to the price of the accommodation. I stayed at Harbour View Hotel before and was so satisfied that I chose Harbour View Room to book this time. In fact, it's not as close to Victoria downtown, but if you buy Victoria Day Pass and go on a bus, you can just walk around. There is a catering kitchen in the room, so it would be good for family trips, especially. The amenities were so good that they were Citrus, and there was a bathtub, so I could bathe at night and relax my fatigue. The bed was comfortable, overall neat and modern rooms. I used it the next morning with breakfast, but I could eat it without having to go to another brunch shop with a variety of bread types and moderate food :) It's a harbour view that would have been more beautiful if the weather was better. If the weather is good when traveling to Victoria, I would definitely recommend Harbour View☺️
LLiThe service at the front desk is very friendly. There are vending machines where you can buy snacks. The heating in the room is sufficient. The toilet and room are also clean. The transportation is also convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from downtown. The only downside is that no slippers are provided.
WWoonLocation is neutral, as there is not much around to see or eat. From the outside, it looks dated as well, but you'll be surprised once you step inside. It is exceptionally well-maintained and clean. Breakfast room even has a pool table for your enjoyment. If you have a car, this is a great place to stay.
GGuest UserWell I'm not going to say the pillows are the fluffiest I've ever had because I always bring my own pillow, 🤣 But we enjoyed staying at the Bedford Regency Hotel in downtown Victoria British Columbia, the hotel room was very clean and very well kept. And it's right in the heart of downtown Victoria and very close to restaurants bars and shopping. It has a few idiosyncrasies like the lobby is on the second floor and the road in front of the hotel is closed during check-in hours but checking in to the hotel was not a problem. The bed was comfortable and it was not too noisy considering it is close to a few pubs. The TV was a bit high in our room for my viewing as I have neck problems but I was told next time to ask for one that is positioned lower. I liked the vintage look in the rooms. I have never come across a room that had a shower with two shower heads before.
