A very good hotel, the front desk service is also very good 👍🏻 It is very close to the city hall and night market! The hotel bedding is also very comfortable, the bed is big, and the toiletries are L'Occitane

The room is very good and worth recommending! The details are great, and the shower 🚿 is also very good. It should be better than many hotels in Canada. The location of the hotel is also very good, and it is very convenient to travel!

The hotel is okay

The Magnolia in Victoria is one of my favourite hotels. The staff really care and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. One of the front desk clerks made a point of saying hello every day during my stay and was very helpful with recommending local restaurants. The Magnolia is centrally located - within walking distance of all the sights while still being away from the crowds. The rooms are comfortable and seems like they have been renovated since the last time I had the pleasure of staying there. Looking forward to my next visit.

Boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Victoria. Delightful, attentive, staff. Spotlessly clean. Very well provisioned. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

This hotel goes far beyond what is usual in hotels. The attention to detail, the exemplary service, the cleanliness and the the helpfulness of the staff are what makes it FIRST RATE. Daily housekeeping (not on request), evening turn down service with fresh ice, chocolate and bed turned down…are a rare find.

Great stay in the heart of Victoria. Amazing staff and only one block to Victoria harbour. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The valet parked our car and we did not need it for our three day stay, walking everywhere, easily.

The location was amazing, everything was in walking distance. The staff was great and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Understated luxury, great coffee/tea, very good in-house restaurant, close to everything downtown. We loved our stay.

Love the environment of the property. Though we didn’t get the room we initially booked nor did they notify us until we arrived and checked-in. Wish we knew ahead of time but they gave us a corner room instead. Gave us extra credit for the mishap but would have appreciated it if I was notified beforehand. There was free coffee and tea located in the lobby and room. Staff were friendly. Overall for Victoria and the location it wasn’t bad.

The service from the staff was impeccable. They not only anticipated our needs but went out of their way to make our anniversary stay as special as it could be. I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future… however my only small complaint was that we did not find their beds to be as comfortable (sheets/bedding were also not soft or as inviting) as you would expect for this caliber of hotel. Otherwise, loved the central walkable location and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was luxurious, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had both a tub and separate step-in shower. The bath had path lighting as soon as you stepped into the bathroom. The toiletries provided were first rate. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was close to many dining and shoppng options.
