I really liked it, the pool is great and excellent for those with children. The service was very welcoming and they have a great breakfast!!!

The hotel is very old, the facilities as well as rooms and furniture + fixtures, the spa cannot be called a spa itself and is located not even 10 m from a train track that runs continuously day and night, so after my experience I would recommend not booking as it is completely wasted money.

Good quality/price

Somebody wrote that this hotel has a 70s vibe (as a compliment... I guess). It is a good observation, but it is a shame the price is also not from the seventies. For 60 euros, this would be a great choice, for 97, really... Don't get me wrong, it is a nice enough, average hotel. Decent size room, clean, small but perfect ok bathroom, and an ok breakfast. It is just not a good value for money in my view. For 12 euros more you get plush accommodations and impeccable service in other hotels in town. At any rate, this is not a negative review, it is a review of an average hotel, perhaps too expensive for my taste. If you get a deal, go for it. It is very near the train station, and has some available park -- although not guaranteed. Viana is super small (and cute), so location is not really an issue.

This was a nice little boutique hotel right near the historic center. We were always greeted with a smile and treated kindly. I shared a room with my son and the twin beds were more than adequate. Bathroom is on the small side but it was fine for our needs. The hotel is a little older but the elevator worked great and the entire property was well kept and clean. My only caveat was there there was no outdoor seating area, you have to wear a swim cap and water shoes for the pool and the pool was indoors in a very hot room. The continental style breakfast buffet was good and provided lots of variety. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Well located, comfortable bed (the only detail is that there are two singles and they don't use a pillow to put them together, leaving a gap) and an excellent breakfast. It offers a swimming pool, sauna or Turkish bath (one or the other per night), a bar open 24 hours a day and very friendly staff. Good stay.

Terrible, hotel facilities and other equipment as well as location, a train passes not even 10m away and rest is absolutely impossible, adding to the inconveniences of the hotel, the spa could not even be called a spa, the truth is, and the treatment and services are terrible, so after my experience I advise against it. Both the rooms and the hotel need renovation. Despite this, it is a good option to stay in Viana. It has a free parking area, the center is a walk away and the breakfast is good. They also invited us to a port upon arrival thanks to the hotel program

Pleasant surprise with this hotel, it has an indoor pool all year round, sauna and Turkish bath. The staff was very very friendly, we went without a reservation and they treated us great and looked for the best solution for us. Correct breakfast, fresh pastries, very delicious bread. To repeat.

We saw this hotel advertised and decided on the one with the indoor pool. We got there trying our luck to see if there was any free room and they offered us one that was free. At all times they were very friendly, especially the girl at the reception who inspired a lot of familiarity in us. The room had a small balcony with no views but perfect for someone who smokes. We had a somewhat old-fashioned room, but very very comfortable. The closet is huge, the bathroom is also very spacious. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable so no complaints. Another thing I loved was the cleanliness. It was perfect when we arrived and it smelled great (in the morning the hallways smell great). We also loved the indoor pool. We found it very comfortable and pleasant. We couldn't enjoy the sauna and Turkish bath because we went at 8:15 in the morning to take advantage of it and they weren't turned on yet. Something to highlight is also the breakfast. Fair but correct. Although to put something wrong with this, it would be that there was no chocolate in the machine (but there was to make it with milk and cocoa) and the ingredients of some croissants that looked wonderful... But I couldn't enjoy them because they had cinnamon.. For the rest is great. The mess in the dining room, she cleaned all the tables and prepared them with love, she handled food with gloves... We really liked seeing that :). Without a doubt, we will definitely make more than one getaway to Viana and we will stay at the hotel again, since we feel very comfortable with the treatment especially. Thank you so much.

Hotel which benefits from a small parking lot but there are quite a few places nearby. The suite was very pleasant and well equipped. The wellness area with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and small swimming pool is a plus. 🤩 Be careful not to forget your swimsuit, otherwise it costs €4 extra. We were in room 201 located above the bar where the music was noticeable. Fortunately, it stops at 10 p.m. but starts again at 7:30 a.m. You can also hear the trains because there is the railway line nearby. Breakfast is complete but was a disappointment =) few local specialties, cold and hot drinks straight from the machine. Lots of industrial products although it wasn't bad. The staff is pleasant and the manager speaks French.

Very comfortable and comfortable hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast with plenty of variety. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool is not very big but we could enjoy it a lot, as well as the Turkish bath and jacuzzi. The location is excellent, allowing you to visit the entire city without needing a car. Our daughter liked it so much that she didn't want to leave. I highly recommend it!

Nice hotel, but the service is terrible, D. Beatriz is the most unpleasant there is, rude, arrogant and rude... How is it possible for a hotel like this to have staff of this caliber? I will never go back!
