The location and secive are good. Just walk less than 10 mins from the train station.

We got assigned to the top level and the hotel didn’t have a lift which was a bit hard for my mum to take three levels of staircases up and down each day. However, the top level has two separate rooms with two double beds so was kind of nice. Other than that, the hotel is very convenient located at the heart of shops and restaurants and safe!

There is no elevator and the price is very expensive. Moving things up and down is very troublesome! ! The price/performance ratio is very low, the floor plan of the room is not regular, and the convenience of use is relatively low.

The hotel has stairs but no elevator. Everything else is okay, the hotel is divided into two parts and there is one across the street. Ring the doorbell and come back to the front desk. It feels pretty good to be close to the place to play. Service attitude is also good

Although you have to walk a short distance from the station to the hotel, the check-in and check-in rooms are in two separate buildings, so if you want to pick up daily necessities from the front desk, you need to go down by yourself and pick them up in the building opposite. The environment in the hotel is good and quite clean! :)

The proximity to the station and the size of the rooms were both great for the price! There were two rooms with double beds, which was nice and spacious. The rooms had an interesting layout, but there was a fridge, the towels were clean, and the shower room and toilets were also clean. However, there is no elevator, so it may be a bit difficult for people with large suitcases, and the stairs are quite steep, so be careful.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. First of all, there are four types of economy rooms. The smallest room the front desk gave us on the first night was about 10 square meters in total. Extremely crowded and inconvenient for two people. On the second night we asked if we could adjust to another room type. The front desk said politely that we had a budget room, so our room should be this big. But they didn't take into account the fact that there were other room types and how we felt about our stay. However, what I’m angry about today is false propaganda. The instructions at the front desk stated that coffee, croissant, etc. for breakfast cost 5 euros per person. After confirming the price with the front desk three times, we had breakfast the next morning. After eating, the bill was 40 euros per person. I immediately confirmed this with the front desk staff and I could pay the 40 euro bill for breakfast, but I politely asked them to change the false advertising. However, what pissed me off the most was when a gentleman said: "You ate plate after plate, plate after plate, plate after plate in the restaurant. How could it be only 5 euros?" “Plate after plate, you eat these, it’s expensive everywhere you go.” "There's no point in us discussing this..." I was extremely angry and ended up having to pay for breakfast for me and my mum after talking to two staff members who were older than me. I would like to say that as a Chinese, my experience in Venice, Italy, was very different from what I experienced when traveling in France: although the service staff here did not show explicit racial discrimination, we could detect that they Lack of due patience, respect and courtesy. For every tourist who wants to have a wonderful travel and accommodation experience, I do not recommend you to stay here. At the same time, I also advise the hotel management: If you want to have a good reputation and contribute a small amount to promoting the beauty and economy of Venice, it is best to conduct necessary staff training and education within the hotel to achieve long-term development. .

Clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent location 6 minutes from the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean bed linen, soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I am satisfied with the hotel and have already recommended it to my friends. Thank you

The staff was very kind and welcoming, even offering a map and suggestions of places and areas to explore. The room was very clean and also very roomy for Venice and Italy in general, even the shower.

Hotel stay was really nice. On special request I got full body mirror. Room service was very nice. Nice view as well. Only problem was to find the reception as they have tie up just infront hotel. I spent 15 mins figuring out the reception. Best birthday stay ever.

Very nice hotel. Less than a 10min walk from train station, less than 3min from water taxi stop to Murano/Burano and about 20min max from major attractions. Front desk personnel is at the hotel across the “street” but super helpful and friendly. Room was good size, bathroom is small but super clean and functional.

We had a 4 night break over half term in Venice, it was pot luck selecting a hotel as our first time visiting but i would recommend and would certainly consider again if/when we return. Excellent location, very close to the airport water taxi drop off, literally a couple of minutes walk. Surrounded by shops and restaurants and only short walk away from other areas with loads more shops and restaurants. Lovely place, we were thrown initially as the reception is located in the sister hotel across the road but the receptionist was with us in minutes and was most helpful and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat locally (all of which we tried and they were excellent). We had a fabulous time, a great week and will will certainly be back to enjoy Venice again.
