We stayed overnight here. The room was clean and functional. The check-in process is as described. You cannot get in the gate a single minute before the check-in time - we arrived 5 minutes early and had to stand outside the gate in the driveway (very close to a road). Once we checked in, we tried the air as the room was stuffy. It was so loud (like a loud screech/leaf blower volume level) we had to turn it off. We opened the windows (which would have been fine…) but there is an onsite family and barnyard animals who make a good amount of noise. Be prepared for that (there was a dumbwaiter right under our window so we heard the motor throughout the evening, as well as a donkey braying and some other noises). It was tough because we had an early flight, couldn’t shut the windows because of the inoperative ac, and needed to sleep. In addition, the towel situation is as other travelers have referenced. It’s basically a big paper towel and a smaller paper towel - a tad stronger than that but not good. Finally, the airport transfer. It was $20EU in cash and we couldn’t get a number for the driver so it was stressful. But the driver arrived right on time and was fine.

I stayed here for one night, for work. It is a farmhouse a few minutes' drive from the airport. I booked the room on the official website which contains very little information. It wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that on my dates there were only two rooms available for disabled people, and you couldn't notice this unless you noticed the name of the room which was "disability". There are no photos of the room you are booking, not even in the website gallery, nor is it clearly communicated that it is a room of that type. I had an emergency and, never mind, that's how it went, but it would be appropriate to make the difference with the other rooms clear. Positive sides: proximity to the airport, low rate for the Card (€90 for a double room for single use) and access only via code communicated on the intercom, something that is very reassuring for a woman traveling alone. Negative sides: upon my arrival the room had a bad smell, a mixture of detergent and the smell of cured meats (I swear) which I attributed to the mini fridge being turned off and with the door open. I opened the window and closed the refrigerator, but there was nothing to be done, the smell remained until the following morning. On the walls and around the room it is full of signs with various instructions (where to throw away the types of rubbish, how to use the air conditioner, how to use the kitchen...) which cause a certain anxiety, and among these there were three contacts of the reception who had to be contacted via Whatsapp or private telephone. I registered the numbers on WhatsApp but they were not available, so I had to call the landline to resolve a problem with the remote control. While I was there I asked why the refrigerator was unplugged because, since the hotel had a refrigerator available in the room, I had bought a salad to take to work the following day. I was told that "for one night guests it usually doesn't turn on". But are you serious? Why don't you write it on the site, then, that the refrigerator may not be available? I had to eat the salad at ten in the evening so as not to throw it away, and buy more for lunch the next day. The walls are very thin, I could clearly hear the movements of the guests in the next room and during check-in I had to sign a sheet communicating the presence of cameras in the structure. I didn't feel comfortable at all.

Very well-kept location, 40 minutes by bus (n°5) from the center of Venice, and just 1.5 km on foot from Marco Polo airport. Convenient hotel for visiting the splendid Venice. Comfortable, clean and modern design rooms, free wifi, and an extremely comfortable bathroom with shower. Far from the chaos, the villa is immersed in tranquility. The only small flaw is that the cutlery set service costs €5, even disposable biodegradable sets available to guests were enough. Ideal for those who want to visit Venice during the day and immerse themselves in absolute "relaxation" in the evening.

Excellent structure, strategy as well as location, friendly and extremely helpful staff...we had difficulties with the TV and in less than half an hour they had already solved the problem.....very welcoming rooms with all the services, very clean despite me I'm an allergic person and I haven't had any problems. A stone's throw from the airport. Bus stops very close...excellent, I really recommend it to everyone
