This stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms are of a good size and don't feel cramped in them, thwy are clean and organised. The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. All in all it is a very good hotel worth the money.

The hotel is diagonally opposite Dora Station. very convenient. Not far from the two train stations, a few bus stops will do. Buses cost 2 Euros. The front desk speaks English with Italian accents. We arrived late but the reception was still very nice. The room was clean, drinks in the small refrigerator and the price list was on the bedside table. When you check out, she will ask you what you drank, and then check out together. There are more types of hotel breakfast than other cheap hotels in Italy, and they taste good. There are many fruits, fruit salads, and green salads. There are more types of bread. Other toast cheese ham and scrambled eggs should be considered standard in the European buffet breakfast, and there is also a poached egg. Drinks, first milk and various coffees, orange juice. When we visited Italy for the Eurovision Song Contest, we stayed at Diamante MHotel for two nights. The first thing we noticed is how extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming everyone from the hotel is. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and feel welcome. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the themed rooms; the bathroom is stunning and the whole room is spotlessly clean, with fresh towels, linens, and the usual grooming kits available. We had a great night's sleep because the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, and we had a jacuzzi in our room, which was a wonderful luxury for our time away from home. Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for keeping the entire hotel spotless. We ate breakfast in the hotel, and the breakfast staff was once again friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it: fruit, hot food, cereal, delicious pastries, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. We also took the Metro into Turin, which was very easy and convenient. The receptionist advised us on where to get on and off.

Booked a double room, can be said to be the largest room in Italy, and on Easter holidays, the price of the first two nights in the early 1000, is very conscience! At first, I was very panicked, because the phone provided by Trip.com could not be reached. I asked the customer service later. I went to the phone to confirm the order. Here, the front desk English of this hotel is not very good. It is best to find a small partner who can translate Italian and then confirm the order. And a small single bed was added for free, and the hotel's breakfast was all free until 10 am. 🚗 Transportation: The hotel is very close to the downtown square, about 1km, so it is basically a walk to the city center attractions. 🍃 Environment: The environment is very good, that is, the shower room in the bathroom is not very well done, there is a seam in the middle of the door of the shower room, so the water will still splash out. Sound insulation problem... This European basic sound insulation is not very good

Late on a Saturday evening I found myself marooned in Turin Airport due to an administrative error. I rang the Jet Hotel, and spoke with Isabelle who reserved me a room, I arrived by taxi (16Euro) at 22;15. I was welcomed most warmly. The room was clean and adequate in size. The breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel as a first/last night for travel from/to Turin Airport. I future when I arrive late I will stay here before setting off on my travels in Italy and hopefully have time to try their restaurant.

Amazing traditional Italian hotel, short walk from two metro stations Benini or Racconigi on Line one of the metro. All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially when we going to be delayed thanks to a long wait on our departure from London to recommending a nearby restaurant. The room was large, with a comfy bed, curtains and also exterior shutters ideal if you like your room dark. The bathroom was well equipped and just right. Breakfast was nice too with freshly made coffee to order and a selection of bread, meats and cheese along with pastries, cakes and cereals. It also had bacon and scrambled eggs if that’s more your thing. We would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is super. Just across from the train station Porta Susa, within minutes from the center I stayed there 4 nights.. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfasts which included yogurts, cereal, eggs, pancakes, ham and sausages (even though I did not eat them), Coffee machines and fruits. In short although it is a small hotel, it was excellent.

Staff is so nice & friendly. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen circumstances. But the manager was gracious enough to refund our money. The hotel amenities are good with free breakfast.

The main attraction of this hotel is its location. It is about 1 km to the entrance of the Mandria Park and only a few hundred meters to the castle and its gardens. It is also very close to some good restaurants. Otherwise, the hotel is fine but relatively unremarkable. No issues with the room, staff or breakfast, but nothing outstanding either. Free parking was very convenient in front of the hotel, if it is available, as there are limited spaces.
