OK. Lots of good reviews in our disguises the fact that this hotel is just a 4 star at best. If you are used to Sani/Ikos levels of quality and service (like us) then don't book this hotel. The location is good and rooms (we had bungalow with pool next to the beach) was excellent but everything else for us was, just OK. I hate the queues for bar drinks - this is so old fashioned and frustrating that they can't even be bothered to table service (by waiter) in main bar. Staff seemed under resourced and so stressed. The a la carte is something we really struggled with as compared with 5 star hotels they haven't got this right. A la carte but serve yourself drinks, starter and desserts. No, sorry that won't do. For dinner gentleman not dressed properly even though there were signs saying that shorts were not allowed. We really wanted to like this resort more but the management need to review these issues unless just being ”OK” is what they aspire to. We will revert back to IKOS next time knowing that the extra but of mobey you do have to pay is worth just that bit extra.
