Iberostar Bella Costa

Definitely nice experience in Cuba, we chose a wonderful destination, the beach of varadero cuba, sun, beach, sand, coconut, nature, sunrises and sunsets.... bella Costa meets all the requirements, we enjoyed entertainment and good music, delicious food and excellent service.

It's outdated. The hotel needs a massive renovatoin. The ventilatoim sistem is nőt workimg at all. Smoke was comeing out of the ceeling. The bath tub was old, the blankets were old and dirty, the furniture was old and moldy. The drinks supliment is very on short. The photos are speaking of thselfs

The beach is perfect, the internet in the lobby works very well, the food à la carte is really good, the service is also very good, the bungalows are great places to sleep at. The prices are good, there are a loot of food variety. We will come back next year.

The resort is pretty good. The price is too. Room situation is so so but the bed and pillow are comfortable for me. The food in the buffet I feel getting better day by day. The buffet even have lobster today. The pool and the beach is very good. I like the atmosphere there. Just 1 thing is the resort need to improve is the wifi that always disconnect

Firstly...the pool is good and the staff and bars are good....BUT.... Last week i had a once in a lifetime holiday to Cuba, and decided to stay at the Iberostar Bella Costa in Varadero Beach. Booking ref was J1397260. We stayed for 6 nights, travelling from UK. The conditions of the hotel are simply not acceptable. I understand things are hard in Cuba, but Iberostar are a huge international chain and you need to see what we had to deal with. When we arrived the first room 280, did not have sea view that we expected, and part of the wall was crumbling away by the bathroom and the room had no lights. I walked back to check in and I politely asked if we could change room. The receptionist was very helpful and said we could look at room 542 which had an amazing view. I gladly accepted based purely on the view. Once in the room and unpacking, we had a look round and saw all the following There was a constant horrible smell on the bed sheets and pillows, which were never changed, just the bed remade. Dirty towels, to which we were only given 2 a day and no hand towels. The roof falling down in several places, fridge rusty and did not work, broken drawer handles, Mold on the light fittings plus much more... I asked again if we could swap, but was told nothing was available. Over the course of the next few days, we both got a chest infection, which I would presume is from the Mold. The shower hardly ever worked, and all on the video was reported and nothing could be done. The lifts were the scariest I have ever been in, I was sure that if the Hotel itself is not being maintained, then I doubt the lifts would be, so each day we had to trek up and down 5 levels by the stairs. The food was the worst All Inclusive I have ever come across and again I understand Cuba has issues, but there is no excuse for cold food that should be warm / hot. Our Holiday was ruined thanks to this disgusting hotel

Beautiful beach with amazing panoramic views the waters of the beach are transparent and the ocean looks a blue color mixed with light and dark... The beach is wonderful beautiful,,,, I like it because safe has lifeguard services Nautical point, This hotel has a bar where you can consume being on the beach And I love that.... The pool has its own bar the lobby has its own bar, The animation is very good, The guys are nice, Fun and make the hotel more pleasant in the stay of customers. Rich food with all the variety and good elaboration.
