My partner and I have recently returned after spending 8 fantastic nights at the W Goa. Ron greeted us, after a long journey, with an amazing welcome which set the standard for our stay. Nishanth went out of his way to give us a tour of the resort and took us to our room which had been kindly decorated for our anniversary, complete with a beautiful cake - he exchanged numbers with us and made sure we knew to ask if we needed anything. The staff make the W and their attention to detail is unbelievable - it is difficult to single out individuals as each and every member of staff added to our stay. They were so helpful in recommending areas to visit, bars and clubs, arranging scooters for hire and taxis for nights out. Special thanks to Chef Vikas who personally introduced himself and went out of his way to prepare dishes for us to try - his cooking is so tasty and one of the things I miss the most since being back at home! The pool staff and gym staff are extremely attentive. Melvin at the Rock Pool - another great addition to the team as is Nancy and all the staff in the main restaurant. Housekeeping made sure our room was spotlessly clean every day. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we look forward to returning soon.
