The room is large enough and the location is in the downtown area, making it easy to go anywhere. Breakfast is simple but filling. The service attitude is good, and the front desk staff has good English and can communicate without any barriers. Recommended.

酒店位置很好，在最主要的街區上，房間不大，靠街道的房間可以看到雪山，但也很吵。酒店有電梯。早餐一般。

The hotel is well located, simple and clean, but at 2:36pm there were more than 20 people who arrived in the morning and still hadn't been able to check in. flights to ushuaia leave buenos aires at 2am and people get very tired. A lack of respect. Be prepared.

In summary, horrible service. We went to the cafe there twice. The first day we ordered a fresh pressed juice and it took over 40 minutes for them to make it, they somehow forgot our order. We thought, its ok, things happen sometimes. We decided to the go again the following day and ordered a coffee and fresh juice, again we waited over 40 minutes for our order. When I asked if we could get our coffee while we waited for they juice they said no…

Excellent treatment by the concierges. Breakfast with few options and almost all week they served us coffee when we expressly asked for it alone. We had to ask the cleaning service on several occasions to give us towels

The positive thing about the hotel, very well located, they care about the environment and the responsible use of water, which I think is important. Negative, the small but comfortable rooms, which face the street, are quite noisy, and the breakfast service is quite basic, delicious coffee, few fruit options, and to eat a yogurt you have to pay separately, it seems wrong to me.

It is a hotel without great luxuries but it has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, it has many pillows and cushions. In the room there is a small refrigerator and also an electric kettle. The bathroom is spotless. Super heated, we had to request that the heating be turned off. It is strategically located on the main street in the center of the city. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. We really liked the place.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de Ushuaia! Para a nossa surpresa o quarto tinha 02 quartos (01 com cama de casal e 01 com duas camas de solteiro) ótimo para quem viaja com 01 amigo e quer privacidade. O pessoal da recepção e da limpeza são muito simpáticos! Super educados e gentis. Café da manhã bem servido (não é café da manhã americano com 1000 opções) cafés, suco de laranja, média lunas, pão de queijo argentino, presunto, queijo, iogurte, ovo cozido,… Na recepção tem um restaurante excelente para hóspedes e turistas, só pegar e comer. Uma variedade boa de comidinhas para matar uma fome rápida. A calefação excelente. Inclusive no banheiro. Chuveiro ótimo. Janela antirruído. O meu quarto 308 com vista para a baía. Recomendo muito!

Estamos agradecidos con mi pareja por las atenciones y la calidez , la colaboración de todos y cada uno del hotel. Como la recepción y marcopolo. Ojalá podamos volver a visitar Ushuaia... Y volvería a elegir el hotel cada viaje.. Nos vemos pronto
