The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning.
Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming.
As a result, I am going to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for all both families, business and tourists.

We had a another great stay at the Universal again! It was a wonderful way to finish our Xinjiang trip. If we come again, the Universal will be pur first choice!

Very good experience, clean and tidy, good service, the most important thing is that it is close to the subway entrance, easy to get in and out, Wenzhou Street is across the road, no worries about food and drink, 3 kilometers away from the Ferghana BMW Park, and super convenient to the airport.
