住宿了35天 臨走時發現買來送朋友的零食沒了，當時急着去機場，就加了酒店前台微信聯繫一下，看看怎麼辦！是不是阿姨打掃時誤以為是垃圾外賣一起處理了！
結果到好等了四天都沒給我答覆！
説週一給我答覆，我主動聯繫也無果！
挺小的事情，哪一包吃的也沒多少錢 但是酒店的處理方式冷處理 的確是很難看！
如果丟東西 還不能得到正面的答覆和解決 這酒店別開了 開玩笑吧！

這家酒店服務 位置都很棒。朋友推薦過來住得，非常物超所值。進到酒店大廳非常涼爽，大廳還有免費的花茶味道很棒。前台的服務也非常的專業熱情，專門給我們介紹了酒店的洗衣房和健身房。客房佈置的非常温馨，衞生做的也很乾凈，服務員大姐也很熱心，感覺非常的温暖，酒店周邊也有好多的美食。以後也一定還會繼續光顧這家店。

第一次入住這家酒店，也是朋友介紹的，果然非常的滿意。酒店裝修很精緻，房間的佈置 衞生做的都很到位，而且還專門提前幫我開好了空調，這一點就很用心。房間還配有小度，外賣有小機器人就可以送到房間，真的非常的便捷。酒店的早餐也很好吃，種類也很多，酒店前台的工作人員服務非常熱情，介紹的周邊美食也很好吃，必須要給這家酒店一個大大的贊，下次一定還來這家酒店住。

酒店裝修很新，前台辦理入住非常快捷、專業，而且服務態度超級好，你能感覺到被關注和重視的感覺，大廳還有非常可口的花茶。房間佈置的非常的温馨，非常用心的折了小動物，衞生做的也非常乾淨。早餐品種很豐富，非常可口。一定推薦給我的朋友，絕對物超所值的體驗。

地理位置也很方便哦，路對面就有很多好吃的，五樓竟然還有自助洗衣房，哇塞，客房阿姨還可以幫忙把烘乾的衣服送到房間，早餐種類也非常多，衞生也非常不錯，非常棒！很推薦

房間和網上圖片展示一致，裝修風格是我最喜歡的復古風。酒店地理位置優越，出行方便。房間內的各種設施佈置精美，衞生間乾濕分離超級乾淨。酒店前台小周熱情有禮貌還有酒店服務人員超級熱心，入住時我拿了很多行李，保安大叔十分熱情的幫我送到了房間！房間隔音也好，空調涼爽，一整晚都睡的很安穩，店內還有洗衣房，客房服務員還幫我把洗好、烘乾的衣物送入房間！還有酒店早餐超級豐盛！強烈推薦這家酒店後期會帶家人一起入住！

來到海蘭酒店，給人有温馨的感覺，前台服務人員小妹妹對人是彬彬有禮。餐廳的菜品也挺豐富的，菜的味道鮮美，客房大姐服務態度特別熱情，給人感覺像是回到家的感覺，衞生也搞得特別乾淨，以後旅行還選海蘭酒店，並且還向我的親人和朋友推薦來海蘭酒店，海蘭環境和服務太棒了！

設施：房間設施很新，小度智控是一個亮點，很方便！淋雨水壓很大，水温也很適宜，舒服！
衞生：房間衞生情況也比較好，不説一塵不染，至少沒有浮塵！贊
環境：酒店靠近小區，夜晚休息的時候很安靜
服務：前台服務熱情，辦理入住也比較迅速，客房大姐也很客氣，需要的物品都能及時送到！自助早餐不得不説一下，真的很豐富，小麪，牛肉麪，酸辣粉，還有麪包，牛奶，中西式的結合，味道很贊！
