Overall room is clean and well maintained, now hotel moved towards contactless system without staff interaction, location is good and convenient.

The hotel is a little bit far away from the shopping center. Rooms are clean and tidy with a big bathroom. The air conditioner is not operated well, so we need to open the window all the time. We can't sleep because outside is really noisy at night. The breakfast is delicious but only two choices.

Good location, will choose to stay next time!

The location and facilities are decent. However, breakfast is poor due to rationing system. It's not enough.

Above all, the location was great. I didn't request breakfast because I wanted to sleep in, but thanks to that, I slept well. I asked for cleaning, but they didn't do it, so it was a bit disappointing, but it was bearable for two nights. The towels were a bit smelly so I was a little concerned. It was inconvenient because the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Overall, it's good so I think I'll use it again.

It's an unmanned system, so there's no one at the desk, but it's not that inconvenient. I stayed overnight and they didn't clean the room. There is an E-Mart convenience store on the first floor where you can buy snacks, but breakfast is a bit disappointing.

The hygiene and facilities are OK, the room is small, but it is OK for one person; but since it is a self-service check-in without a front desk, there is no service at all. If there is any problem, no one can be found, and no one will come to solve it. So if you want to stay here, you'd better pray that nothing will happen. If you want to extend your stay in the same room, you need to check out before 11 o'clock and check in again at 6 o'clock, which means you have to wait for 7 hours in between. Moreover, I clearly stated that I don't need the room to be cleaned and I will extend my stay in the same room, but the staff here has no flexibility at all, that is, you must check out and check in again. I think this is caused by their self-service check-in system that cannot be changed. The lack of flexibility is a very big disadvantage of this system. So I chose to leave, which was very unpleasant.

The view of the Ferris wheel was beautiful and romantic. You can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes and there is an E-Mart nearby. The facilities are overall clean considering the low price. If there's one thing that's disappointing, there are a lot of entertainment districts nearby...
