Delightful staff. We asked for a High, Quiet Room with a Walk In Shower and that is, exactly what we got - Room 304 Wide selection of items at Breakfast. Super staff, after ordering an Espresso on the first morning, one was brought to me without asking each day Whilst I support the Greeks for trying to get their Elgin Marbles repatriated. I doubt the country of origin is asking for the offensive statues of black people by the fireplace in the Breakfast Room. In 2023 positively offensive. They should go. Hotel very well built but now looking tired. A major makeover needed. Drain for our Shower needs bleaching, very slow to drain away. Arrived at the store at 9 pm, but no one received it. It is said that the hotel actually has 4 rooms, and the door with a code lock is more like a homestay. I found a small assistant from Trip.com. After contacting, I said that the front desk was off work at 8:30, but I didn't inform in advance and didn't leave any notice. Wait until 9:30 to be called to inform the unlock password to enter the room. Good location and complete facilities. The room is spacious. The service is really bad. Ctrip's little assistant is good, contact at 3 o'clock in the night of Beijing time until the problem is solved.

The hotel is a long time away from the train station (<500m), not far from the city center. There are many cheap grocery restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast is rich and the surroundings are quiet. It may be that the compatriots are not used to providing a kettle.

The hotel is large and has had a fairly recent update and the room was very good, however their website says that there is a bar and restaurant. This is incorrect and not helpful after a longish journey it would have been good to use this facility. They do exist but closed, we asked why and was told that it was due to COVID-19 and that they may reopen at some time. Correct the website it means leaving the hotel and finding a restaurant not that easy on a Monday evening,the reception staff seemed nonplussed and just said that's the way it is and go find a restaurant. Disappointing considering that the hotel has potential, the breakfast was good.

PROS: - Near the train station of Padova - Rooms are decent with old furniture style - Bed & cushion was comfortable - Cordial Receptionists - Breakfast was just okay CONS: - Near by area is like not being in Italy, as full of immigrants - Late night feeling is uncomfortable & unsafe - Still use the old blankets (refer to the image) which are considered unhygienic - Lighting is dull in the room Definitely the space to improve with time is necessary.

I came here for the Udine far east film festival. The hotel is around 1km from train station and 2km from teatro nurvo. Which is quite easy to get on foot. The hotel have breakfast provided with boiled eggs and fruits and cornflakes corrisant. ..for the price I paid I'm satisfied. I recommend the gelato shop next to hotel and there is a coin laundry conveniently located next to hotel. Generally speaking the hotel staff are nice.

Very good hotel for tripping around Udine. If you want to really stay in Udine this hotel is not the best option. Far away from center, but in rest is a perfect destination. Good rooms, good parking places, good breakfast, very good beds. The carpet from the corridors are having a smell, but once you go to the rooms this smell is disappearing.

This Hotel was 3 star not 4 star. I guess because of the swimming pool they have achieved this? The Restaurant was closed during August (disappointing) and it is in a more industrial area, luckily we had a car so could drive to a restaurant one of the evenings. Reception were really helpful. The bar is modern and drinks were great and reasonable. The bar menu is limited but was good. Breakfast was good with lots of choices although watermelon the only fresh fruit. The corridor outside our room was dark and very 1970’s looking. Room had all we needed but dated. Pool was fine, we had to take beds outside to the sun. Small space outside. All in all just ok, could be improved with an upgrade of the building!
