This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth . Everytime where you visit this property you are welcomed by warm smiles of the staff makes you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. Their breakfast & specially dosa’s are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. I would like to express my gratitude to mr. mukesh sharma, mr. Sunil sharma, sarika,Mohd Rayazak, All front office team and house keeping team for taking care during my stay. Apart from them i would like to appreciate efforts of the person (Not able to remember the name) he was from house, he came in the morning for the service. I think the name was Hameed Mr ravi from travel desk, he shown his great hospitality, dropped me at market and also arranged a cab for to reach somewhere, big thanks to him, he is a asset for the hotel, I cannot forget all the favours and support all have given to make my trip a memorable received Excellent Service. This is one of my favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

Excellent staff members especially Mr. Angraz , took care for Meals and stay. It's people like them that our time becomes fun and relaxing. Thank you Sir Angraz Rakesh ji. Room no. 412 was clean. Food was delicious. Service was good. Will recommend stay to everyone.

I Was Here On 19th May With My Wife For One Night Stay During Vaishnofevi Mata Ji Darshan Trip. My Overall Stay Was Very Good, Very Clean Rooms And Good Staff With Big Smile, Special Thanks To Mr Mukesh Sharma Ji To Provide Me All Required Infor।ations, Also Arranged A Departure For Us To Heliped. I will Recmond This Hotel To All And Next Time Again When I Am Going, Will Choose Hotel Lemon Tree In Katra.

Hotel staff are very good, cooperative and helpful. Mainly those attendant to us are Ashwani Rahul Karun Sahil and others. The driver who dropped us at local market and at climbing point is very cordial. But front approach to hotel needs more improvement.

Delicious food! Fresh and yummy.Excellent hospitality.Special mention to Mr Angraz in Citrus cafe deserve special mention.Very well behaved and took care of our cooking instruction Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy food here. Close to Katra station.

The rooms were spacious enough, for our toddler to roam around. They had all the basic amenities. The in-room dining experience was also good. The place is conviently located just near the Katra station. However the place is quiet and peaceful.

Stayed for 3 days in hotel lemon tree.staff are very polite and very humble especially Rahul ,Sagar,Kushal ..Highly recommend to stay here when you being to Katra.Food are quality is very good and chef Ajay and Anu made especial food requested by my kids.Thank you
