The room is large, very clean, and has no odor. The decoration is very sentimental and exotic. The bed is also very comfortable. The room facing the street can see the Westward Journey Pedestrian Street, and the night view is okay. The service at the front desk was very good. We stayed for two nights. We originally thought we were leaving the next day, but ended up staying another day before we finished. After searching around, we decided to stay at this hotel. The location is also very good and there are delicious food nearby. A lot, and the front desk also helped to upgrade the room for free. The room is very big and comfortable. A super experience. It should be a newly opened one. Everything is brand new. The indoor facilities are all intelligently controlled. The room is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety. The girl at the front desk is very good. She always serves with a smile. We upgraded to a family room for free, with free parking. Most importantly, it is a pet-friendly hotel, which I highly recommend.

The best hotel in this price range that I stayed in in China! Room nicely decorated and functional, very clean (bathroom as well), breakfast good, staff helpful, great view over the city, good location right next to the bazar. Nothing to complain about at all.

Hotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.

This 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast. On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests. I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days. Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor). There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.

Worth recommending! ! ! ! We drove from Duku Highway, passed Kuche and arrived in Turpan. We booked this hotel. The service was super good, the facilities were complete, the parking lot at the door was super large, there was also a restaurant, and there were many places to eat around the hotel. Special thanks to Adila, Da Gulibanu, Xiao Gulibanu, **Cheng, and Tangnur at the front desk for their enthusiastic help and smiling service throughout the whole process. It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!

Chitingyi is located in the Vineyard District and is one of the cultural and creative districts. There are not enough functions in the park. There is a community about 15 minutes' walk away for meals and there are many choices. The appearance and rooms are just beautiful, without any flowers or trees. Breakfast was not good, poor. There is no fruit, all B&Bs have breakfast in one room.

The B&B is located near Grape Valley, but it is a little off. The street lights are dim when driving to the hotel at night, almost non-existent, and it is a little inconvenient to travel. The handsome guy at the front desk of the B&B was very enthusiastic. He helped us with the luggage and sent us to the door of the room. He brought a plate of welcome fruit. Later, when he heard that we wanted to eat mulberries, he brought another large plate. The environment of the manor is superb. It is suitable for a daze here if you have plenty of time. I heard from the boss that this is also one of the attractions in Grape Valley. Unfortunately, the itinerary is full and there is no time to empty myself and walk slowly in the manor. The room environment is very good, especially the style of the B&B. The only drawback is that the amount of water for bathing is a bit small and the temperature is not high. When we left the store, the boss was very thoughtful. He sent us to the Turpan Museum and took us to pick some mulberries on the roadside. We tasted a few bites and occasionally had a slightly sweet meal. The boss said that the season has not arrived yet and it has just begun to mature. There are no seasonal fruits when we come, otherwise we can pick them by ourselves. Overall, it is still very good. Welcome everyone to stay. 👏
