My daughter, best friend and I stayed here for 6 days. The rooms were just as described ( minus the hammock in the pictures I REALLY wanted in my room) I paid extra for a "wet bar" thinking it was alcohol. It was a sink. The beds were super hard so I opted for the futon bed. Not many choices for food so we didn't eat much there. The thing that made this hotel the best experience was the bartender, Julianna. She was the absolute sweetest ever ! Drinks were on point. I will also add that the waiter, Enrique, was so on top of things when it came to service. Our drinks were never empty. Our table never had dirty dishes. Even wiped the table if our drinks left wet rings when we were playing cards. Always a smile on his face. I would come back just for the bartender and waiter ! I, being a waitress, can be quite a critic and let me tell you how they just blew my expectations out of the water ! This hotel should praise these two employees ! I cannot say enough good things about these two !

We made a reservation bye Booking for one night but when we arrived to the hotel we found it under construction. They features shown in the Booking page were not available (no pool until June, they said). When we try to cancel the people from the front desk and the Manager, don't know how to do it. Finally we leave the property with a very bad experience.

A different concept from all-inclusive, although the hotel is basic, it is like a business hotel but focused on rest and leisure, its rooms are simple but comfortable, the restaurant has very few options of dishes but with good seasoning, it has a small pool with a nice view on the terrace, the best thing about the hotel is that they have free transportation to different tourist spots, cenotes, ruins, lagoons, beaches, etc. which allows you to get to know the destination, the burgers in the afternoon are very good and the drinks too , it is not a hotel to stay there all day, you have to take advantage of the transportation it provides
