Good facility, helpful staffs. Road around the hotel are rough and wifi broke down towards our last night

The hotel was very stylish and rooms very spacious and well equipped. We had a great stay. The staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. They really went out of their way to help you with booking trips and taxis. Breakfast was good.

The road to this hotel is under construction. Neat and clean otherwise. Breakfast is not that great though for vegetarian or vegans .

Would have been better with partner, clean place, breakfast was lame though

The rooms are very nice and clean, nothing to complain about the accommodation aspect, it was perfect. The downsides concern: the accessibility of the hotel if you do not have a rental vehicle, the non-existent friendliness of the staff (small exception for one of the receptionists only), restaurant and bar closed, only 1 maintained swimming pool out of the 3 ...

The room is large and the location is convenient only if you drive.

The price is a bit expensive. Good location. It's convenient for eating and shopping around. The room is big. Night life is abundant. It's also very convenient to get to the station. I will choose to stay here again when I go to Cancun in the future.

Except for the bad roads outside the hotel, everything else feels okay.

The room is large and can be used for cooking. There is a private open-air bath on the balcony of the room and an open-air public swimming pool. The road in front of the door is not repaired and it is far from the bus station. Meal prices are too high.
