酒店位置在Tulum 的酒店區， 有一個餐廳在海邊， 可以吹着海風吃早餐， 午餐和晚餐， 酒店服務很好，工作人員都會説流利的英語， 溝通超級順暢， 包括前台和餐廳服務員的服務態度都很好， 當然在酒店消費是強制付款15% 的服務費的，全部都包含在bill 裏面了的， 酒店都是用whatapp 同客户溝通， 任何時候有任何問題酒店工作人員都會第一時間給予答覆， 這一點還蠻舒服的。 酒店比較小， 設施也就一般般了的， 但是可以推薦入住享受一下海邊的度假屋。
酒店離Ahu Hotel 很近， 騎單車5分鐘， 可以去看Tulum 著名的Sculpture Mother Nature , 旁邊也有一家星巴克

La Valise, were you a dream? We spent two delicious nights in this Caribbean oasis. The peaceful ambiance in unbeatable. The concierge team and rest of the staff, everyone we encountered was the kindest, fun, and most helpful. Our room was breathtakingly gorgeous and it seamlessly melted into its surrounding with soaring palapa roofs, Mexican artwork, and the ocean breeze. La Valise is our home away from home. We will be back for a full body, mind, and senses decompression. Thank You, La Valise!!

From the delicious breakfasts, to the most rejuvenating days by the pool, beach, and spa, capped with a luxurious night sleep on the comfiest bed ever, our stay was perfect. The staff made our stay even better with their friendliness and warmth.

We stayed at La Valise for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect vacation. The staff made sure our stay was personalized to us. From the welcome drinks, champagne in our room, and greetings throughout the property by name, we felt at home at La Valise. When the wifi in our room went out and we were getting swarmed by mosquitoes in our outdoor bathroom, they happily upgraded us to a larger room with an indoor bathroom. La Valise offers everything you'd need in Tulum, from on site restaurants and events, to a spa right next door. They're happy to make recommendations and reservations for nearby restaurants. The spa was incredible. We did the "relaxing massage" and liked it so much we booked another a few days later. Book transport through them to not have to deal with it at the airport. They'll handle your luggage for you from the airport to your room. 10/10 would recommend.

I would say 4.75 out of 5. It was an incredible experience and the stay was in June 2023 so exactly a year ago. It was in a great location and the quieter side of Tulum yet very close to many restaurants, shopping, night life and nature. This beach front location is private and feels safe. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire stay. The food was incredible and would no doubt stay here again. The private plunge pool was perfect way to start and end each day surrounded by the beautiful jungle of Tulum.

This hotel was unbelievable. Amazing staff and service, the beach and pool were beautiful too. Amazing place. The team in the hotel are so efficient making sure you have everything you need whenever you need it. They also made our anniversary so special!!

We celebrated our anniversary at La valise and had a very relaxed stay. Definitely the place to stay if you want amazing food, service and a quiet atmosphere. The beach was lovely and I have to shout out Thomas at the beach restaurant. He was exceptional and so friendly to us every day! The entire staff at this hotel were very accommodating to our needs. If you stay here, you definitely need to eat at NU! Simply amazing!

Breathtaking setting with unrivaled customer service and hospitality. Every room is different and unique in its own way. Our entire family booked all the rooms and we had my niece's wedding wedding take place right there to serve as the beautiful setting. The food was excellent with many vegan options. I recommend the French Toast (it was so custardy), the Sundried Tomato Toast and the Eggs Benny for breakfast. All breakfasts, morning beverages were included in our stay. This was my first time in Mexico and I'm so glad it was at La Valise.

As part of our honeymoon, we enjoyed 11 days at La Valise and it was truly an amazing time. The place is a beautiful and peaceful little pearl in the jungle close to restaurants and Tulum life, the view over the Caribbean Sea is stunning, the food is always delicious and the place and furnishing are giving a perfect Caribbean vibe. Huge thanks to Oscar, Eddie, Agustin, Anna and the whole team, you made the experience wonderful - we couldn’t ask for more. The greatest recommendation from Denmark.
