It’s a shame that such a beautiful property with gorgeous beach is so purely run! Read other bad reviews re service, didn’t think it really could be a 1 star bad. Oh yes, it totally was!
1. To my surprise, the staff didn’t speak English. With the exception of a front desk employee.
2. We could not even order a meal! Hotel was very slow, no guests and still we had to wait on average 45 min. One night for 1.5 hours for a simple meal for 2.
They encouraged to order online since there were no waiters to be found. But then no one replied to online orders either. Saw a guy from the kitchen cleaning sea weeds on the beach around lunch time, as a result, lunch order wasn’t placed. And it goes on and on.
Found much better places outside the hotel to eat with very good service (ex. El Tabano 0.2 miles away).
3. Everything is overpriced which we already knew, so the expectation was to get at a minimum decent service so it is worth it. That did not happen.
4. Rude unapologetic unwelcoming staff. (Language barrier perhaps).
Traveled to Mexico a number of times, to the Cancun area. Never had an issue! This was a weird place.
I would not recommend it based on service.

We had a wonderful and amazing stay Holiteo Azul. We mostly ate at Olivia Market restaurant, which was very delicious. We stayed at the garden villa, which was very peaceful and relaxing with the beautiful jungle vibe. It’s a very family oriented.

Great place, would stay here again. Staff is friendly. Doorman always present to keep non-visitors out. I actually appreciated that it’s a little bit away from the busy hotel/restaurant area, but not too far away. Love the free parking across the street. Private beach was nice and quiet. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Great facility.

We had a great time at the hotel! The staff was hospitable, caring and helpful. Rodrigo at the pool was the best! Anything we asked, they made it work. Would love to stay here again. The rooftop has the best views, bed was comfy, the shower was heavenly. Thank you!!!

What's a wonderful experience we had here. Staff is tending, food is very healthy and delicious. We really enjoyed our room, we felt we were in the jungle and definitely felt the Tulum vibes. The rooftop is the place to be for the drinks while watching the sunset. Definitely recommend and got to be back very soon!

The resort was private, clean, and well maintained. A special thanks to the following staff for making our stay extra memorable: Hugo for going above and beyond with any requests. Provided excellent service and showed he really cared about our stay Griselda - took excellent care of our room and is super friendly and positive. She helped us feel welcome. Jonny at agave Julio- always there to help and happy to take pictures whenever we asked Have much more to say Can’t say enough about the rooftop area and infinity pool. Thanks to all staff

Great Hotel! Friendly Staff with great restaurants! It’s got a wonderful beach front. This hotel gives you the perfect Tulum vibes. Our housekeeping lady (Griselda) was a delightful and always kept our room nice and clean. 10/10. I would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing time! The staff was so nice and I would come back for sure! Hugo was the nicest person ever at the staff and helped so much and made the trip great! Thanks and I hope to visit again soon! I recommend the street tacos from the lady outside that comes every morning :))))

Really good service with check in and check out. The gym area was really really fun because you can make a very complete workout. The restaurant Olivia was my favorite with a menu very healthy and is a good option to star a day. Peaceful mind after this experience.
